I love going into this store. Almost always come out with more than what I went in for lol The staff is knowledgeable, don't push the expensive stuff on you, and they have a pretty big variety of brands you can get that vary in price. If it's wildlife related, they probably have it. I love their seed and suet selections, and they have a membership plan where after your 10th purchase, you get a bag of seed of your choice for free (8lbs). I would recommend them to anyone

I liked the variety of items and the pricing seems good. My pick up order was ready in about 24 hours so not bad. However, when I went to pick up my items the person who helped me, an older gentleman, was being very short and seemed kind of rude to me. He kept asking me to tell him what exactly I ordered even though I'd spelled out my name and was trying to show him my email. he refused to look at it and kept interupting me before I was finished talking saying I know but I need more!" Even after I listed 3 or 4 items. I was surprised since this place has a lot of good reviews. I was excited to get my stuff but that interaction kind of put a damper on things. I sure hope that wasn't the manager.*Edit*I've upgraded my review from 2 stars to 4 stars based on the response I've received from the shop (thank you). As for my defective item

UPDATE: Paul contacted me to discuss this issue. He was extremely helpful and a replacement stand is on its way to me. It appears that the manufacturer did not properly package the hardware for the birdbath resulting in the gouges and defects. Hoping to have the birdbath operational soon and will post an update once its operational. Thank you Paul for your prompt attention and ability to resolve this concern.Original Post:Ordered a heated birdbath and while it arrived on time, the stand upon which the birdbath sits was obviously defective and/or had been used previously. I contacted customer service and sent them photos immediately. Received one email back from them asking for photos and they have not responded since. Called the 1-877 number and no one was available and then called the store during store hours and no one picked up. Extremely disappointed with the service and now have a defective and expensive stand for a heated birdbath. All i want is a new stand for the birdbath - how difficult is that to get replaced? The service request number is 50137.

Extremely amazing Urban Nature Store is the only place to buy your bird seeds, squirrels houses, mixture of absolutely everything, all varieties, cages, weather vanes, Seriously bring your children check out the hand puppets. It goes on and on so please look at their website. I happened to pass by and dropped in. Now I’m shocked how great they are!! Service with a smile and extremely knowledgeable!! I bought a 25 Lb of happy garden mix.. we love to feed all sorts of birds and this is the perfect treat for our local squirrels and chipmunks

This store is simply terrific! Not only do you have a great range of bird feed and supplies, but you tons of other things to keep our birds and creatures balanced and happy in our neighbourhoods. Plus you have a great array of unique educational items and one-of-a kind gifts. Love this store!
