This work environment inspired me to pursue my career sooner then anticipated in a bad way. The atmosphere from all the managers was that terrible. They flaunt there power as if they are kings and queens. They bully their employees to get their way. If you have an actual concern and bring it to their attention the managers will ignore it or you'll argue with the owner. Honestly the worst place I've ever worked. As a supervisor I was taking on responsibilities along side my other supervisor the manager was unfit to do. Another manager was a hr concern flirting with female employees.
