Matt was awesome to deal with & fixed my computer issue remotely

Matt was able to diagnose and fix my computer problems that others were unable to resolve. Due to his expertise, patience, and attentiveness, he successfully repaired numerous issues with my desktop. This gentleman is trustworthy, and his depth of knowledge is most assuredly commendable. I rarely write reviews but Matt definitively earned his '5-star' status.

We stumbled on Country Road Computer Services when we were looking for IT support for our company. This is our second year working with Matt at Country Road. We honestly don't know what we would do without him.At Renu-L-Tech Environmental, Matt has worked on our computers, tablets, Website and cloud services. Matt is always there to help us. We have yet to come across a problem Matt couldn't fix. His knowledge of computers and the inner working of the programs, is second to none!The service cost of County Road Computer Services is MORE than fair. Worth every single penny. Country Roads Computer Services is a great service and Matt is awesome. I’ve had a few minor and major issues with my hard drive and Matt has come to my house to fix whatever the problem has been. I really appreciate his down to earth explanations and his service charges are really reasonable. I hate to say it but I really depend on Matt when it comes to computer problems especially when I was hacked. I recommend Matt to solve any computer issues or even buying a computer.

Our office was moving and we needed help figuring out how to connect and configure the computers at the new location. Matt was able to do all that for us and make the system better. He even helped us with our telephone system which was giving us issues. He was so helpful and polite and did a great job! So happy with his service.

Good service. Got our laptop working better, installed a free antivirus program on it, and gave us good advice.

Matt came out and did a transfer and set up of my computer...was excellent, professional, explained everything that he was doing and answered all my questions. He also explained the pros and cons of different pop ups pertaining to downloads . I would definitely not go anywhere else for any computer problems and highly recommend him.
