My family used to go to Dr Mah years ago on the west end of Edmonton and when he moved to Sherwood Park, we tried a couple other dentists but eventually followed him here because he is by far the best dentist we've ever been to! Nothing bad to say about the services here! My hygienist, Michael, does an amazing job every time, and is super personable. How he remembers so much about me from visit to visit I'll never know. I definitely recommend Park Dental.

I have been going to Park dental almost 20 years and typically they are great- close to home and direct bill, which is good, being a single mom I need direct billing. A couple of weeks ago, however, they decided out of nowhere to start charging me for 30% of my appointments (out of the blue, Laura the receptionist demanded i pay). She said it was mandatory and they had always done this- which was untrue. So after i paid- much more than i have ever had to pay- i got my insurance statement from my provider, stating that our visits had been 100% covered and a previous one had under around $30 owing on it. When i called to inform them they owed me money, Laura- again- was very rude to me and let me know that i will have to come in and get the money back WHEN the insurance money is in their account, regardless of what my insurance providers showed me. Also, that getting a cheque sent out to me wouldn't happen, i have to come to them. I am very much done with this office- no one needs to be treated that way, Laura was extremely unfair and rude to me demanding i pay- i was in no position to pay out that kind of money and she completely put me on the spot AFTER my kids appointments.Park Dental lost our service.

Park Dental gets a complete 5 star review from me. I've never had a more comfortable dental experience like the ones I've had here. The Dr.Mah is extremely knowledgeable and gentle when performing his procedures (recently had an implant) and never pushes for unnecessary work. Sophia the hygienist is the best I've ever had, her passion for her craft shines through in her quality work and personality. I've never written a review on anything but Park Dental is an absolute must if you're seeking a Dental office.

The hygienist was really nice and fun to talk to, I wish I remembered her name. She was very understanding about my sensory processing issues and easily and happily worked around them for me, and she didn't even judge me at all when I admitted I didn't floss. She even let me take a container of Kinetic Sand from the toy chest even though I'm 18 now lol. Only thing is I wish this place had better flavours for flouride but in all fairness, it's still flouride and none of the flavourings for it will taste like what they're supposed to be anyways. Absolutely will go here again :D

Little back story, another clinic told me they wouldn't see kids until they turned 3. I searched for clinics online until I found this one. I was super happy when Dr. Atwal told us to come in, even though my son was 1.5 at the time. She now sees my 4 and 2 year old and we will continue to come as we have had an amazing experience with her.She's so sweet to my kids, patient with them very knowledgeable and explains everything so well. The front desk ladies are super nice and all in all the clinic is modern, clean and welcoming.

Park Dental is definitely one of the best dental offices I've ever experienced. The work done by Dr. Mah and all of his staff is second to none. This positive experience starts as soon as you walk in the door. Many thanks to everyone.

Dr. Mah and my hygienist, Mike, have been treating my teeth for several years and I recommend them highly. They are professional, knowledgeable about the latest in dental technology and have always gone the extra mile for me. I have never had my teeth taken care of so well. Also, the other dental staff have always been very friendly and helpful to me. Great flexible office hours as well!

This office is AMAZING including all of the staff that work there. As some can relate, my family dentist retired and I had been going there since a young age. I was very uncomfortable having someone new work on my teeth, especially with having TMJ and Jaw issues in the past. When I started to have pain in my tooth that moved up to my Jaw thats when I decided to take the plunge and find a clinic that would have the patience to help me feel comfortable. I read the incredible reviews online for PARK DENTAL and did they ever live up to their words. Upon entering the staff are welcoming and kind, they are organized and right on time. Once you get into the chair both the Dr.Mah and his Assistant are INCREDIBLE. I was still very nervous, which did not help my anxiety, but they completely understood. They let me calm down and got the work done so quick I was able to relax for the rest of the appointment. The Dr and his assistant are EXTREMELY gentle, you don't even feel when they are doing the freezing and all of the equipment in the clinic is top notch.

If going to the dentist is something you'd rather avoid, look no further. Dr Mah and his team are amazing. Never in my life have I had such a pleasant and positive experience in a dentist's chair . Actually looking forward to my next visit which isn't until next January! Wish I had found Park Dental years ago. Thanks to you Dr. Mah, I'm no longer apprehensive to go to the dentist.
