Update/response to owners response: Id like to start by saying, pay attention to the passive aggressive way the owner began they're response. When I look at reviews, I don't pay attention to the bad reviews, I look at how businesses respond to their customers. I also have pictures of the bracelet before it was dropped off. It was not stretched to the degree the retailer is claiming. I called the retailer on gas lighting behavior when I came to pick up the item as I find it very unprofessional and just not accurate. They could have stretched the item by mistake themselves. Additionally, if the chain had been so damaged and stretched this should have been brought to my attention when inspected upon dropping it off especially considering one side was apparently so much longer than the other. To compare, I brought my wedding rings to be resized at Birks a few years ago and the sales associate immediately noticed damage and further issues needing attention. If the stretch on one side was so obvious from these pictures you took why was I not informed of this on the spot? You certainly had no problem informing me that in order to fix the bracelet properly I would need material taken from either side for an additional fee (something else that didn't make sense considering the stretch" was only on one side. I came in here looking for a Tissot Prx. I walked out with a nice Chemin des Tourelles. I nice upgrade from the Prx. I will deffenitly be back to add to my watch collection.

Went to look at an engagement ring and their black Friday sales were still on so we saved 40%. Angela was amazing we ended up purchasing a beautiful dragon fly necklace. Lots of cool stuff not just basic jewelry, fancy pens, Knives etc. Definitely going back for more.

Went in today to take a look at at watch. I've had my eye on it. it's in the window. I was alone today so I had the time. Wanted to look at the Longines watch. Sales person said they couldn't show me the watch because she wasn't allow to show these watches. What? I noticed the other person was busy so I left. I wasn't going to buy it today but wanted to check out the price / prices of the watches. I definitely felt profiled. Not a great feeling. Won't be returning. Other jewelry places I can go.

I custom order a ring at the limeridge mall location and they said it will take 2 to 4 months since it was a custom order. I got it after exactly a month. I loved their service. The lady who helped me was super helpful and kind towards me. I am a student and saved up for two years to buy this ring and I am extremely satisfied with it.

Very friendly, patient, and professional staff. One of the few (if only?) authorized dealers of Grand Seiko watches in Hamilton as well to my knowledge. Strongly recommend Ashley Jeweler's for anyone interested in entry level watches, luxury Swiss and Japanese watches, and everything in-between!

My wife and I had been to several jewelry stores who were Tag Heuer dealers looking for a Senna Limited Addition watch, all said they would get back to me not one did.We went into the Ashley Store located at Lime Ridge Mall and we dealt with a young gentleman named Matthew Ashley, he was polite, knowledgeable, professional and his customer service was exceptional.Would highly recommend him and the store for a great shopping experience.

The ladies at the Ashley Jewellers were all very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. As long as I still stay in the Toronto area, you are the one that I would choose for my future Omega watches. Thanks again for all of your helps!

I brought my Omega there for an opinion on the crown (seems to wind tight). They are an Omega AD but they don't have a watchmaker on staff so they charge $80 to ship the watch to Omega. If you contact Omega they will send you a free shipping label for service or you can take it to any Omega AD who has a watchmaker on staff.I thought $80 was high considering shipping plus insurance is approx. $25 (from my location)Update: A week later (probably after reading this review and speaking to their manager Shelly who I dealt with originally), Matt called and offered to send the watch out free of charge and apologized for the poor service. I have to admit I was pleased with his customer service, however, it was a bit too late as Omega had already sent me a free label. Because of Matt I changed my 1 star review. Maybe moving forward Matt should handle all customer service issues.
