This review is overdue. 4 months ago I purchased a 2022 F150 and was really happy to have Bryce as my salesman. He was very patient with me during the 3 months it took for me to decide whether to go ahead and trade in my SUV for the truck. Bryce was able to offer me a great deal on my trade, better than the 2 other Ford dealerships I visited. From all the dealers I purchased vehicles from over the years I have to say that the customer experience at Taylor Ford was the best I’ve had.

Along with JP review, I agree because they didn't just install the one part my husband sent in and call it a day they actually kept the truck an extra day and sold us a belt and charged for freon which is not what we asked to just do, so clearly they knew we needed air conditioning and as I left they told me to enjoy having air conditioning again.. frustrating to think I had AC than had to rebook truck in and waste money to carshare to work another day. They never returned call to us eitherNot professional and will not recommend.

I went through the Lighting Lane service today and I can’t say enough amazing things about it.Incredibly innovative to be offering this to all makes and models, as I don't drive a Ford vehicle. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. The customer service was fantastic, I was greeted by Brandon who processed the entire transaction, super friendly and knowledgable. I was in and out in less than half an hour. The fact that there is no appointment needed is a game changer, along with the speed and price - you can't beat it. Worth checking out, Highly Recommend it!

We just picked up our new Mustang Mach 1. The Team at Taylor was super friendly and attentive to our needs. Kent came out at one point to talk cars and Jamie in Sales even came in on his day off to ensure he was there to go over the car and hand over the keys. I don't know how you get it any better.

Nice new dealership and all but he a very misleading job posting. Went to the dealership thinking I was going in for an interview for a sales position but when I got there that was not the case. Instead there was a group of about 7 of us that were brought outside and yelled at by a so called “motivational speaker” for 2 hours all for there to be no job in the first place. He pushed around every person there without knowing their skills and background experience and tried selling his $1000 course that was “specially” discounted to $200 just for us. My question is why have a bunch of people come and waste their time and get their hopes up thinking they’ve secured a job interview? As someone with experience in entrepreneurship I found this very un professional and misleading.

I went in to taylor ford looking go price out brand new truck and Dave was my salesman and he is the best salesman i ever dealt with. Very honest and trustworthy guy he kind treated the situation like his son was buying a truck. Unfortunately no discounts though haha. Overall great experience. Thank you dave!

Wouldnt take my vehicle here again for repairs. Managment is just about the $$$ not the customer. Brought truck in for them to put on ac compressor that i was providing. Called me said they had to do a few more things to make sure part worked. Charge freon replace belt. Yes of course go ahead. Get truck back no ac. Send truck back in now diagnostics $$$ found ac compressor not wired up. So they never did check part worked. Thanks for reply below. You actually SAID u were going to check part worked and never did. Just wanted more money out of me.

I'm a first time Ford owner and struck up a service relationship with Taylor this past summer. From top to bottom, it's been great. From Teresa and Mark knowing me by name upon walk-in to prompt service and all service being thoroughly explained, it's just been a pleasure. Thanks for your continued good work.
