Best customer service ever, so clean and employees were extremely sanitary! This place also isn’t stingy with their portions like some of the other locations. I also think someone else has taken over this location since the last time I’ve been here, and they’re doing an amazing job!PS the ghost pepper sauce is so damn spicy - yet so delicious!!

It's Rainy Today. I work down the street from this location, so I walked over. The staff was super kind and helpful, as I wasn't sure what to get. I ordered the Chicken naked burrito, with most of the fixings. The food tastes amazing and stayed nice and hot on my walk back. I'll be back fo sure!!!

I’m writing regarding the accessibility of this location. I was in a serious accident and have mobility challenges needing a cane. They have not removed the snow on the sidewalk or surrounding the property. There is a complete disregard for anybody with a disability to access their premises. It’s too bad because I have liked their food. Price is up..food quality is down. New ownership.

It looks like Burrito Boyz - a favorite of mine, but the taste is not the same. I think the owners have changed, and now the quality is down the drain.This was a naked chicken and shrimp burrito, by the way. Burrito Boyz signature taste is disappearing. This Mexican place is off my rotation. It's sad because it's difficult to find good places to eat these days.Good news tho! The Burrito Boyz at Steeles and Main haven't changed at all - they have their signature flavors still; to not compromise taste order from this location.

This is different, they take you topping order as you pay. So they just have the bill with all your toppings on it. Not sure if I prefer it that way or just telling then what I want as they make it but it's more efficient I suppose. Anyhow they didn't mess anything up and they did a great job grilling my burrito. I really like this location. It's a clean open building. I'd recommend going here over some other locations. Plus when you can't get parking there is a bigger parking lot next door that's easy to access so it's always easy to get to. I really like that Burrito Boyz substitutes cheese for guac for no extra charge. I will choose them over other chains because of that.

Neighbourhood location!Staff is nice, food is good.... The only thing I don't like is anytime I visit there's always new people working there and kinda under training... That sometimes compromises the quality of foodOtherwise a great place for Mexican food!

This place use to be a favourite but lately the quality seems to drop. I got the Veggie Soy naked and the veggies seemed a bit old. The soy was very dry and it just didn’t taste as well. Been coming here for years and they had been on point, maybe the new staff isn’t as diligent but not a good experience this time.

Love the food. Hate ordering by phone. Hope you're lucky enough to get your call answered instead of transferred to the Voicemall system that has never been set up. They need A NOISE CANCELLING PHONE OR HEADSET for the person taking your order so we can hear each other. The staff have been told about this for years but itseems management would rather lose customers than spend $150 on decent headset
