be careful with online orders. some sort of sketchy things are happening there.(the case hase been reported to the head office and still not resolved) i ordered online went there to pick up my item, the manager told me that your order was cancelled for price mistake and i was going to get refunded. they lied. they charged my credit card and flagged the item as received. which i never received nor received an invitation to pick up. they literally robbed me . if the head office don't do anything about that i will have to call the police. i was just scammed.

Will avoid this Canadian Tire store at all costs. Too many made up rules to try to return anything. Standing in line to see three disappointed customers getting all sort of excuses and one being told the F" word. Real classy. Gave a 1 star because I couldn't go lower."

I love shopping at Canadian Tire but this one doesn't impress me. It's often messy and the staff aren't all friendly. A little lady responded. In a very hostile and rude manner when I asked her for help. Told me she had to go to the front of cash because she was called. She didnt bother asking what I needed help with and didn't offer to send me a collegue. Didn't even tell me if she was coming back to help me. So I left empty handed because there wasn't anyone to help me.I returned another time. Notified a staff i needed help after he was finished with a customer. I waited 15 minutes... They were talking and he was really slow. So I walked around to look for another employee to help me.They often have stuff abandoned in isles. I only go there when I'm time pressed and cant go to st-Leonard.

No help when needed, customer service very rude and for the first time in my life I was asked to open my shopping bag and cashier looked inside my bag. I was so insulted that I called the manager to complain and I was told that's a regular procedure.

The service at the auto center is pathetic, really disappointing.They have no compassion for their customers, they are arrogant, impatient and they don't let customers explain themselves.I paid to have my suspension checked because there was a weird noise but in the end they said it wasn't the suspension and removed a part they didn't think was important. The next day the noise was still there so I went back only to be told it was a suspension issue as I thought. After waiting 3 hours even with an appointment, they charged me $220 for parts and service. So I had to pay for nothing because clearly they hadn't checked. No refund, no compensation... I also noticed that they spoke to other customers in a very arrogant way. In short, waste of time and money.

Really bad service... I needed to make a return on an opened item that did not work for me at home.. they did not want to give me back my money.. over 350$ ! I called head office and they told me that they had to give me back my money and I explained that it was opened.. I had my bill and it was purchased 3 days prior.. head office was super helpful and opened up a case number... great service from head office .. but horrible at this location ..

The store is never full so you don’t have to wait much in line. Employees walking around the store will gladly help you with any of your questions. There are multiple sections in the store such as: a section where you can find plants, seeds and gardening tools; a section where you can see different paint colors (enormous variety); electronic section; there’s a garage where you can bring your vehicle so they install and/or remove tires (you can also buy tires) and they also do car repairs. Efficient store overall!

Review if you have TPMS in your tires. You will end paying more and loosing time if you go with Canadian Tire. A better option is to go with your dealership. It could seems more expensive but trust me Canadian Tire do not have the parts, expertise or tools to handle tires with TPMS. It cost me 2k in total to have my winter tires and I ended solving the issue with my dealership.
