Went to Brock White for glass blocks for a bathroom renovation. The woman who took my order was so helpful and the blocks came in earlier than expected. Very well priced, easy to do business with and helpful. Would highly recommend

the worst company in canada when it comes to health and safety. do not work for this company i worked for them and got injured requiring surgery and metal implants the company did absolutely nothing i mean absolutely nothing not evan an acknowledgement or apologyif you care and value your health and safety please stay away from this company its the gods honest truth

I’ve worked with “Junior” over the course of a year on sourcing some flagstone for my backyard. When I was finally ready to make the purchase, Junior had the order completed and stones at the site within 3 hours. He was extremely knowledgeable on the product and supply chain constraints. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Junior and the Brock White team. I will recommend this organization to others in need of exterior construction materials.

Customer service seems to be the lowest priority today. While picking up an order prepaid I was told by an extremely rude and aggressive individual that they did not ok the payment. This was followed by a lengthy lecture of why I shouldn't be there to pick up the product before the payment cleared During this lecture they discovered that the payment was already cleared and instead of an expedited apology our conversation ended with you're lucky".Hire slow and fire fast would be my tip."
