We experienced our first ever rodent issue about a month back. At first we weren’t even sure of what we were dealing with. I called the top reviewed professionals on google. A majority of them provided me with a rehearsed pitch of how they got rid of rodents and that a technician would have to assess the situation at an additional cost to finalize total charges. When I called Paramount Pest Control, I spoke to THE expert; Dave !Dave’s genuine interest was apparent from the questions he asked; about the damage, type of food the pest was eating, noise type, hours of activity, poop size (I know!). He came to do a complementary assessment right away, before he committed to a plan. He looked around our foundation and found our entry points. He also examined our cellar and damage, to conclude that it was likely a Norway Rat (which it was). He worked tirelessly with us to catch this ultra smart" rat. He told us upfront that rats are extremely resilient and smart

David provided excellent service. He was super helpful and informative over the phone and when he came to our house for an inspection. He really took his time answering all our questions and he did a great job! Amazing service, knowledgeable, personable, and he cares about doing a good job. Highly recommend.

We had been having issues with flies in our home, and another name company led us in the wrong direction by incorrectly identifying the issue.David immediately responded to our call and arrived within hours to inspect the issue. He clearly cared about the issue and suggested next steps to find the source before proceeding with treatment. He did not charge for the inspection which we really appreciated. The previous company charged for an inspection with an incorrect assessment.Update Nov 2022: David dropped by our home to check up on a recent spraying that he did to help us out with our flies situation. It was really nice of him to come by and continued talking about future solutions in case the issue occurs again. He helped us out with maintaining our possible carpenter ants issue as well. He is extremely caring and professional to work with.Update Mar 2023: David has been very helpful in managing our flies situation, and he is always looking for the best solution possible. He is very professional and caring, and we always appreciate his input when sharing information with him about our home and any related issues. He has really helped us keep our situation under control, and we can't believe how much it has improved since his first visit. We would definitely recommend him for all your pest control needs!Update July 2023: We’ve had an increase in carpenter ants this summer and David has been very helpful in advising us through this issue. Dave is the best!! Will only go to Dave for all pest control! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Today he helped us with an ant and spider problem and he is so personable and helpful. He is awesome!

David was amazing! He initially spent over an hour on the phone with us in the middle of the night, when I was only expecting to get a voice mail and leave a message. We had just bought a new house and when removing our dishwasher we found an infestation of maggots and fuzzy bugs. David quickly I’d’ our problem as being carpet beetles, (which we had never heard of), he as a few questions, laid out the options, and basically calmed us down.When he came over to spray our pests, he first did a through search of the house and he noticed that we also had a carpenter ant problem. He pointed out the problem areas, and sure enough, he led me down to the basement where he found the ant colony living between a double 2x8 beam.Despite the previous owners attempt to cover up all of these issues, David was able to quickly pin point the problem areas and resolved our problems. He even offered to check our attic and place rodenticide bait boxes.David also offered to write up a report on his findings, and his opinions on how the previous owner could in no way have not been aware of these issues prior to sale.David was amazing, he was extremely personable and genuine. 10/10

We chose Dave after reading great reviews. However, Dave never showed up for our appointment time, and has not communicated with us since (days later). Given the severity of our issue, we had to go with someone else.

We called Dave about an ant problem in our front and back yards. We had tried to solve the problem on our own but it wasn’t working. Dave is very experienced and it’s clear that he is passionate about this work and he goes the extra mile. He gave us a same day appointment even though it was the weekend and we had peace of mind knowing that this issue was quickly taken care of. He did a thorough inspection of the premises and identified the location of the main ant nest. His service is guaranteed for the whole summer. Dave took the time to answer all our questions and we would highly recommend him for pest issues.

I was very impressed by David's quick response when I texted him in the morning of last Sunday. I actually did not expect him call me back at the same day because I know lots people do not work on weekend even they put 7/24 on their website. He came around Sunday lunch time, which is another surprising to me, it was Sunday! The reason I called David is that we found wasps in our basement, and the numbers increased day by day in one week it appears 40 wasps in the basement at the same time and we have two kids at home, I was really concerned. My husband and I thought about kill it by ourselves but I am glad we did not do it. Because there is a big nest behind the insulation and when David did his job we saw a lot wasps try to come out and sting on him. David is very professional and very helpful. He did not only get rid of the wasps for us but also gave us many suggestions about how to protect our house from mouse and other little animals. He is knowledgeable about his job and know what he is doing. I can feel that he is a person who would like to provide his knowledge and experience to help people at needed.The reason I did not post this review on Sunday (although I was so impressed by David's job and really want to tell everyone right after he left) is because I want to wait another one or two days to sure the wasp not show up and to provide a complete evaluation of his job. 5 stars, David, my husband and I thank you for your great job! and we will definitely recommend you to our friends in the future!- Below is my review for second and third service from Dave after 5 years. The reason I posted my second time review here is I can not find a place to post another review individualy. So I have to post it under my first review. The second service from Dave is for my parents' property - a 2 story single 2 months ago. The wasps got into the vent of the bathroom. I thought about Dave as after 5 years I still remember his professional service. I could not remember his company's name so could not find him by google the pest control as there are so many businesses. Fortunately, I found the text message for last time in my cell phone. I texted him and so glad that he did not change his phone number. Same as last time, quick response and when he knew that two seniors live in the house, he gave me suggestion to take action right away to make sure the wasps won't come in to the room. It was very prompt reminder as at that time my parents can hear the buzz in the bathroom and when they turn on the fan, the part of the wasps dropped off on the floor. Then Dave came and found the vent position is very tricky, it is on the corner of the roof far from the windows and hard to remove the wasp and the nest. Dave managed to get rid of them with lots of effort. Eventually the wasp is gone. I planned to post another review for his great job after this. However, I was too buzy to post it. Untill the past Thanksgiven long weekend, we had some animal droppings in our basement, we actually found these few months ago, we put mouse traps there, put ultrasound kits there, the droppins are still there. And this afternoon I found more in the basement, I was so concerned, and worried about it. I don't know what animal it is and how bad the thing is. So I text David, but a little bit regret as the day is long weekend Saturday. Then surprisingly, David called me right away, he said he will come over after he finished the job on hand. He came at 6pm. And saved my day! He examined our basement and gave us suggestion for free. I was so released after he confirmed it is mouse and help us arrange the mouse traps at the correct place. David was extremely thorough with eradicating our ant problem in June 2022! He offered us a great price, and went above and beyond to help identify proactive solutions for potential pests in our new home. Would highly recommend!

Based on their already good google reviews, I called Dave from Paramount Pest control at the first sight of bed bugs in my condo, and I'm very glad I did! Dave was very professional and informative and came the same day to do an inspection and give us all the knowledge we need to prepare. I've heard horror stories from friends about having to spray pesticides 2 or 3 times because the tenants didn't prepare correctly or the spraying wasn't done right initially. Thankfully, Dave is experienced and takes his work seriously, so with his advice, we prepared well, he did a very thorough job and we haven't had to spray again! He even called to check up on us a week after spraying to make sure we were alright.I highly recommend his service and I'd absolutely call him again if I ever encounter a pest issue in the future!
