Went there for my husband’s birthday, loved the food and the service. Ariana was very accommodating and very attentive to our table. I also loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, it was very comfortable and the staff were awesome. We will definitely go back again.

Long wait but understandable because there was really big group ahead of me, food was not good at all though. Greek salad that was diced into tiny little pieces like a fresh salsa, salty veggies and a salty chicken Neptune. I was still eating and the waitress asked me if I wanted the bill and brought it to me when I was still struggling to eat the salad that was taking forever to eat all the little pieces. I just paid and left the rest of the food that I would not have eaten if I was not so hungry, paying so much and waited so long to get.

For the prices of the meals, you would think the easiest thing to cook ever, skewered shrimp, would at least be cooked...steak was alright I guess, everything else was not! Sent raw shrimp back only to have the cook give us dirty looks, and we were the only ones in there.....this restaurant is just a one and done kind of place, would NOT recommend

I spent a week in Prince Rupert on business and stumbled on Sonbadas opposite the lobby in the Pacific Inn Hotel. I had four meals and they were all excellent. The Prawn and Shrimp Creole dish the stand out. Customer service from Vibin the manager was excellent. You should hunt this place out and try the food. Its a real joy!

Amazing food, we ate so much we could barley walk. The food is so good you almost close your eyes to eat it. That doesn't happen often, only twice in my life now. Good service, nice and friendly staff.

My boyfriend too and I had Valentine’s Day dinner here. I finished work late that night so I didn’t think anywhere would be open. They were very accommodating and friendly, even though we only arrived with 40 mins before they closed. The service was great, and the food was awesome. I had a steak and it was delicious . Perfectly cooked and tender. I would definitely recommend dinner at Sonbadas. Great staff plus a beautiful dining area!!! Loved it !!!

Not worth your dollar. Took a date there, now she's just Sombadas that I used to know. Food was bland, lasagna was similar to a tv dinner. The ribs I ordered were dry to the bone, and baked to a crisp. The vegetables on the dish were just raw. The garlic toast was basic and was the best part of the meal. Cyost is high and the quality is low.
