Friendly staff, high quality dog food and supplies

One of our neighbors ended up taking an emergency trip to the hospital. We knew he had a dog so when we found out what had happened we went over to check on his dog. She had been alone in the house for a while and she is a senior dog and was very scared and cold. We took her home, gave her a warm bath, and feed her some chicken and rice to calm down her tummy. After a few days I headed over to Global Pet Foods to get her some healthy dog food to help her put some weight back on. The staff were very friendly and helped me pick out the best option for her. After telling them what was going on they gave me a big bag of dog food for FREE! I don't know what the dog's name is so I have taken to calling her Pretty Girl. I just wanted to thank Global Pet Foods for their compassion and kindness and I'm sure Pretty Girl will appreciate it as well!

Great spot with lots of options. My dogs always love when I come home with their favourite treats and food from there. The workers are always helpful and quick to assist. I always recommend it there. :)

Shawn brought out samples of kibble for my finicky Toller to try. She gobbled up the 4th sample and she is now looking forward to meals instead of turning her nose up and walking away from her bowl. Thank you Shawn!

This store has gone above and beyond to help us with an issue that our vet has been struggling with. Otis has been having an allergic reaction to his food for the past few months, and “Franny” at Global Pet food Sydney did everything he could to find us the right food for Otis, working with us until we were able to relieve Otis of his pesky skin allergy! Thanks for everything Franny! Otis loves his new toy as well!!

I love Global Pet Foods. They are locally owned & operated. The employees are always so friendly, down to earth, and helpful. They always take the time to find you exactly what you are looking for. Pointing out many options, or open to feedback on what they could carry to benefit their customers.One thing I love is that the staff seem to have a long time rapport with all of their customers AND their pets! It’s an experience such as this which will bring long returned business into Global Pet Foods. A personable shopping experience and it comes from a place of authenticity.I remember my first time shopping for my puppy. I needed a crate and the boxes are quite large. Among anything else you need for a puppy. The employee offered to carry it to my car and he had a broken arm. Of course, I refused but this etiquette meant a lot.Always going the extra mile and it’s more than just a “pet store”. You will always feel welcomed and appreciated! Like you’re visiting a friend each time you return!
