Had the BEST turkey bacon club Ive had from timmies ever here. I wish all of the timmies would make their food like this. It was literally the perfect sandwich. It was nicely made, tidy, the perfect amount of condiments, not too much, not too little, super super impressed and satisfied.

Went there around 11:20pm on Sunday March 12th and waited at the drive-thru, no body came, came back later and still nobody, pull up to the window, nobody. Called the store, no answer, go to the door and it says they’re open 24 hours. As I drive off there’s a guy walking around inside back and forth. On another occasion before, the employees were talking rudely about my order in their language, keep in mind some people are bilingual and know what you say about them, at-least mute yourself first. Ridiculous, even for Tim Hortons.

This Tim Horton’s is the worst place I have ever experience. The staff there are then most unprofessional and rude. There attitude is disgusting. They treat people horrible. I hope Tim Horton’s fire everyone and close it down. I will tell everyone never to go here. Horrible place !

SLOW SLOW SLOW service - Workers were blaring their own music from a speaker in their work area and also kept the radio playing at the same time, resulting in a very unpleasant cacophony of 80s pop and LOUD middle eastern music. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes (I was the only customer in the store) before a very unenthusiastic employee asked what I want. She did not give me the opportunity to scan my Tim’s Rewards card either and just skipped to payment.There is only one employee there who is actually good at her job, Rochelle. Everyone else should take a page from her book because the difference in quality of service is jarring.

Went through the drive thru and asked about the “anytime snackers” and if they had some so me and my sister could try them. The lady that took the order had a rank attitude towards us, we then asked when they will have them again and she kept giving us attitude, and told us they won’t have them until early morning around 4am. She continued to have attitude as she was talking to us. This isnt the first time either.

I went two weeks ago at 11 pm and ordered iced capp. The guy working said that the machine is not working. I went after two days during the day and got ice capp. I went tonight at 11:10 pm, and he said the machine is not working, again!!

The quality of this Tim Hortons location is so low that they do not even deserve a full explanation here. Shut down and demolish this location - fire anyone who ever had anything to do with it (out of a cannon) , and let's pretend it never existed.Take note: I wrote this written review AFTER the very concerning" response by the company.I called head office about the absolute incompetence at this location

Worst Tim Horton's I have been to. Incredibly slow and terrible service. They seem very unfamiliar with the menu. Bathrooms were dirty and had no soap. Exit door was locked. Just seems to be very poorly managed. Will not go back again.

Worst location in Saskatoon, always disappointed whenever I went there, recently got burnt cheese melts with cold coffee. After complaining to Tim Hortons through the app I got a ridiculous reply from them, I’M DONE WITH TIMS NOW. Never going back in fact never going to TIMS AGAIN EVER…..Always check your order before you leave…..
