Porsche Centre Oakville

I had a great experience buying my car from Porsche, Oakville. Jonathan my Sales contact was excellent from the start, from test driving to delivery of my car. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with my selection and always responded to my questions promptly.Alex, Porsche technical expert, was very nice in explaining the new features. Overall, it was a great experience.

Possibly the only Porsche dealership in the area, and they are pretty good, depending on who you get.Went here looking for a used Porsche, I think they were more condescending than I would ever accept. Can’t judge a book by the cover.They do have some beautiful cars.

Where Dreams Can Become a Reality. I wanted to give a special shout out to Alex Vuckovic.He is patient, attentive, detailed and just an all round Awesome guy.I had a not-so-nice experience with another dealership up in Vaughan.But after meeting Alex here in Oakville, I knew where I would be getting my next Porsche.I think I’ve put a deposit and cancelled atleast 3-4 times over the years. Gone for multiple test drives, and NEVER ONCE did I feel like I was bothering him or anyone else at this dealership.Finally when the timing was right, I designed and ordered my Porsche (Cayman GTS 4.0) and Alex was there from the start to delivery.He took care of everything like a Pro.And a year later, when I was ready for a 4x4 version (The Macan GTS), again Alex was there to take care of me.With Alex he knows that just because you don’t buy today (or cancel), it doesn’t mean no forever, it’s just that the timing was right then.Side note, Bill (Sales Manager), Bryce (Used Car Manager), Dusko (Service), Lynn (Finance), Parts People, Front Desk ladies…All a pleasure to deal with as well!And I will continue to refer people to Alex and speak highly of Oakville Porsche!

I don't love this place and I will tell you why. I went to look at and purchase a used Porsche 997. It was in their storage area so I could not get a good look at it, I asked if they could dig it out so I could take it for a test drive. I was told I could purchase it and if the test drive was not satisfactory I would not have to go forward with the purchase. I am guessing they made a judgement call whether or not I could afford the car that was not in my favor. I went to Pfaff and was treated like gold and purchased a 997 after test driving a couple of the cars they had. Their salesman even met me at one of their other dealerships and let me take out a car there. I bought the car from them and paid cash. Skip ahead a year and I needed a car cover for the Porsche that I purchased from Pfaff so I called Oakville, after all I live 5 minutes from the Oakville dealership. The woman in the parts department was unsure if the one she searched in the system was the correct one so she took my number and explained that she would check with someone there to make sure it was the right one for my car and call me back. Guess what? I never got that call so I bought one elsewhere. It seems I am not up to par to do business with them. They were polite so I guess I will give them an extra star for that at least.

Beautiful dealership. Walked around for 20 min, looked at a number of suvs. Opened a few models even to see the interior. Not one staff approached me. Not a single staff even said hello. 20+ employees walking around and not one person acknowledged I was even there. I guess everyone was busy but it’s not the sales experience I was expecting.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with the entire staff of the dealership. Having been misled a couple of times with dealerships (who I won’t mention) in my search for a 991.2 gt3 in top condition- Anthony in sales did the diligence and found a gem for me. From there, everyone from Lyn in finance to Alex in technical support was top notch. Even the coffee shop lady was a notch above!! The dealership provides an elegant and professional environment. Always felt like everyone was looking out for my interests. I’d recommend Anthony and the entire dealership- and i expect that any of my future plans in Porsche products will be with Porsche Center Oakville.

Just recently pickup a Porsche from Oakville Centre. Mitzi customer service was top notch. She make sure you are 100% satisfied. I will definitely come back for future purchases. The pickup was quick and smooth. Thank you again!

Great environment and amazing parts department, Frank and his team go far beyond the expectations to get you everything you need(parts,merchandise, accessories etc…) with amazing customer service and competitive pricing. Even if you don’t buy anything they’ve got amazing cars to look at.

Beyond disappointed with my recent visit to this location. It’s very upsetting because I had such an amazing experience purchasing my vehicle with Harris but the level of service from parts and repairs is awful!I had a flat tire and called Porsche immediately I was advised by the person assisting me that they could get the tire in as soon as the next day. I said great please book my appointment and order the tire the appointment they offered me was the next day when I said let’s be safe and book it for next week to make sure you have the tire in. My vehicle was towed by Abrams Ancaster (amazing service) Porsche did not call me to advise they received my vehicle, fine I assumed they were busy so at 10:00am (my appointment time was 9:45am) I called to confirm they needed nothing from me. Did not get anyone and received a call back 45 minutes later when I was advised that they have my vehicle but need to order my tire. I responded that I was confused because I had told them last week to go ahead with the ordering of the tire. The gentleman said “I will have to check if we have it and call you back about your vehicle”. I am a VERY understanding person so waited ALL day and did NOT receive a call back. They are now closed and I do not have my vehicle back and have no idea what is going on. I never would have sent my vehicle in today and I DEFINITELY would have taken my vehicle elsewhere for a tire if I knew it would take this long. The only reason I went to Porsche to get the tire was because they were quickest…now they are overcharging for the tire and taking longer than the local shop that is completely capable and would not have treated me like just another number. I am BEYOND disappointed with Porsche and will never purchase another vehicle from this location ever again and I will NOT be bringing my vehicle back here. I was warned about their awful service but always stuck up for them. Looks like I’m the silly one.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I have visited this location twice in the last year. First time was to purchase a vehicle. Other than reception ( who was lovely) the only acknowledgement we received from sales staff was side eye. Truly pathetic. The same day we drove out to Vaughan. Not only did we experience great reception upon our arrival but the sales staff were fabulous. We actually purchased a car on the spot. It was definitely worth the drive to Vaughan. Today we visited Oakville to pick up a special order part I had ordered over the phone. Orlando in service was amazing on the phone and in person. If only I could say the same about the sales and service staff. After assisting us with our part pick up we asked Orlando to point us in the direction of someone in service with whom we could book an appointment. He walked us over and spoke to 2 individuals. Not only did they act annoyed that their conversation had be interrupted, but not once did either of them make eye contact with us or even acknowledge our presence. Obviously the service and sales staff at Oakville Porsche feel like they are better most people. Such snobbery is uncalled for. Needless to say that we are more than willing to drive over an hour away to Vaughan for any of our service or future sales requirements. Way to go Vaughan! 5 stars . Shame on you and thumbs down to Oakville.
