Tried to fix our leaking fridge on our own, but couldn't. I called the number and left a voicemail. Mark called back within the hour and said he could be here in 20 minutes. 10 minute later he arrived, said I was closer than he thought. Quick diagnosis and repair. He came and went within 30 minutes. Drain pipe problem is fixed. $126.

I called Mark early Saturday morning about a month ago and he made time to cometo my home to repair my fridge right away. He was prompt, courteous and effecient.My fridge acted up about a month later and he came back, no questions asked andfixed it again, with the same type of professionalism and at no additional cost.I would not hesitate to recommend Mark for your appliance repair needs.A satisfied customer !

It is extremely difficult to find a service technician that is not only fast and efficient at a great price but also very friendly. Within 20 minutes of my call, Mark was out to remove an inverted glass jar that fit tightly in the kitchen disposal. The job was done in no more than 10 minutes. Incredible! I had called many places prior to connecting with Peace Arch Appliance. I was either quoted a lot more, told the job may be difficult or couldn't do it the same day, despite their 24 hour emergency service.I would highly recommend this business any day! Thanks again Mark, you made my day.

Our Kitchenaid dishwasher suddenly stopped working, no lights on. Called Peace Arch Appliances and got through to Mark right away. He said he was in the area and could be there in 15 minutes. A switch needed to be replaced. Mark was pleasant, professional and I felt really comfortable with his expertise. No extra charge for same day call and service, and the cost was less than expected. I will definitely call Mark again for any appliance problems!
