Great customer service very friendly, I went on my birthday and found out you get a 20% discount as long as you have proof of I.D. guy was a complete chad too and didnt mind I took 5 minutes to pick what I wanted. 10/10 service and prices. Will return. You also get a 10% discount for leaving positive reviews. Plus the product got me hella faded.

*Update* Went back after a friend of mine said service had improved. Upon walking in, we we're greeted immediately. We decided what we wanted and informed the person at the counter. He was very quick, very knowledgeable about the products they have, and was very friendly. I was very happy to see the customer service has changed since my first visit. I'll start making more visits in the future.

I go to this location all the time and bought a vape cartridge, it was dark and oxidized and I didn’t notice until it was used. I didn’t have receipt and they refused to exchange it. I bring back in used containers to help them save costs to be reused. But they can’t take a regular customer for their word. I guess another shop will be getting my business from now on.

Upbeat and helpful staff at Farmer Jane's cannabis company. Our first time here as we are on another one of our famous road trips to the west coast. We stayed the night at a super saver hotel and almost directly in front of it was Lucid Cannabis Company. Went into check it out and some coming out said not to waste our time and gave us directions to this slice of heaven. Staff were also knowledgeable about their products and helped out with some of our purchases. Got some buds, some edibles and something to wash it all down. You should set up a deal with taco time next door and vise versa cause this is nacho regular cannabis store...sorry I had to...highly recommended and will definitely stop in on our next trip
