Dr. Chesney is unkind, rude and had no empathy after you've given birth. She is judgmental, unprofessional and I would not recommend her to deliver your baby. God forbid your sheer exhaustion and low HCG levels after 2 days of contractions you tell a nurse in the hospital you need quiet. Save yourself the negative experience and request another delivery doctor.

Fast and prompt service, usually only takes a few extra minutes past your set time to see a doctor. Highly professional doctors here as well.

Absolutely terrible. Got the run around all day waited 5 hours for my phone call appoitment being told I would be called soon and no one ever called. Finally on my 3rd phone call after an hour and a half waiting they confirmed they messed the phone number up. Once corrected waited another 3 hours being told they would call soon as they had a moment. Called a 5th time to try and reschedule and then was told he was still in office and would call me right away and AGAIN NO CALL. Go somewhere that actually cares about their patients. Disgusting as this is the only place that does the circumsizing type I wanted. But guess I'll just drive to vancouver at this point.

Graleat doctors and staff location good. My only negative is they tottaly shut down at lunch time cant even phone there. Other than that great.

Staff has always been fantastic to deal with, and our doctor is the best we have ever had! Caring, sincere and thorough!

Honetly if you can get a doctor somewhere else, do it!! I had McIvor as a family doctor and his attitude towards me was unsettling.

The doctors here are amazing, and so is the rest of the staff! All are knowledgeable and efficient. All the doctors are amazing and can answer any health related topic you have. They rarely run behind schedule, but when they do, they are quick to get you in. The clinic is very modern and clean, with all Covid protocols being followed all the time. They disinfect everything and offer hand sanitiser at the door and counters so you can always keep your hands clean.Would definitely recommend Fisher Peak Family Practice for your family doctor.P.S. They have both male and female doctors available, both by phone and in person (because of Covid it is by phone first)

Dr. Caroline Shilhan is a gift to medicine. She has gotten me through numerous health scares and is the most kind, compassionate, patient, giving and thoughtful medical professional/human being I have ever met. I am not exaggerating here. She goes above and beyond her call each and every time. I consider her to be a true blessing in my life and am forever grateful to have met her. Her staff is always wonderful, especially Marg. Marg is so warm and is always happy to take an extra minute to talk to you, which can really put you at ease in sometimes scary and uncertain situations. An eternal thank you to both of these amazing women!
