Cody was great, we found the house last minute and I needed inspected right away. He moved around his schedule to fit me in unexpectedly. Great service. He had good technology to look at all the infloor heat. Very cool

We were so impressed with Cody's extremely thorough and detailed inspection, he had the report ready for us the following day. We particularly liked, that he took many photos of all the rooms, shop and roof as we were not present for the inspection. Cody explained in a way that was easy to comprehend. He was able to perform a thorough inspection while I constantly bugged him with in depth questions and chats about life. Cody paid attention to every little inch of the house and found stuff I would have never thought of even looking at.
