To make the story short this place is to be under-rated. If I could give -10 or take out any of the stars given by anyone I would do so. I went to this place last week. The owner and his son are very arrogants, but they show you this only after they take your car. They are very unprofessional, bad attitude, and expensive. Please pay attention because they will ask you to pay cash. They have the machine to use cards but they do not use it. They do not accept checks even if you try to negotiate a way to pay. The son even suggests to give me a ride to withdraw cash instead. Because they want to do everything under the table regardless of what we agreed in day one. Never expect to get you car at the day they arranged with you. We negotiated 3 days but could not get my car back until 6th day while waiting to them to clean it as I am not leaving without it. In summary I don’t not recommend this place to anyone. I ended up using the fever card on the machine myself because the son pretended he doesn’t know how to use it. Still he didn’t give me a receipt. For better service I tell anyone who reads my review look somewhere else even for minor repairs. They are not trustworthy.

Véhicule mal remonté...des pièces endommagé sur ma voiture en sortant de la...ma voiture étais fioumé de partout et en plus de sa quelque chose de valeur a disparu dans ma voiture durant le temps qu'il étais en leur possession ils ont perdu des morceaux j'ai pris ma voiture et je suis aller la terminer moi même chez moi.....je recommande ce bodyshop a personne malheureusement

If I could give minus 1 star I definitely would!!!The worst service and unprofessional approach i ever had. If you don't want to waste your time and money DON'T go there. It's definitely not worth your money! No quality control!This service was recommended by a mechanic i know so I had no reasons to be worried about the work that had to be done. So first I came to this 'recommended' garage on Wednesday and left my car (a minor upper part of it had to be painted ) and I was told that it will be ready the next day on Thursday morning. In the morning it wasn't done and they asked me to come after 12 pm. I came and found out that they painted just one part of it, the other part was left just unpainted. By the way, I asked them if the whole piece was painted before even looking at it and they confirmed it. As I pointed to the unpainted part they said they are sorry and asked me to come in the evening promising that it will be ready. I came in the evening and it was done the right way, but on top of the new paint there was additional white paint sprayed, and my car is black!!! So they tried to get rid of it, and couldn't of course. I was asked to came on Monday morning. I got a call before Monday and I was asked to come on Tuesday. So on Tuesday morning I left my car again and I was supposed to come after it in the evening. Nobody called me in the evening. On Wednesday I called them in the afternoon and asked when I can get my car. I was told that it will be ready after 3pm and they will call me. Obviously I got no call. At 5pm I call them to find out that I can come in 30 minutes. The rest you can see in the pictures. It wasn't done the right way so guess what, they tried to fix it with a bottle of paint and the paint brush!! I guess this is as professional as they can go. You can see the guy in the photo painting my car.The manager told me that he has never had a client as difficult as me! To conclude: they had 4 days to make it, I came 3 times and didn't asked for anything, just to get it painted the right way. As a result I am their worst client ever, my car has white points inside and on the top outside, plus several scratches.Now the financial part of the question! Before the weekend I left them 150$ and the rest I had to pay after the work completed. Would you pay 150$ for this? So I asked my money back, they refused saying that they spent money for their work. The work that wasn't done! Anyway I didn't get the refund I got another suggestion to come next week to repaint it one more time.How can you trust a service if they can't do a simple task even after 3 attempts.On the pictures you can see what I paid the 150$ for.
