So many great things to say about this place! The ladies at the front are so lovely and the rest of the staff takes such great care of you! Not to mention the optometrists are so excellent and knowledgeable. Worth the drive from anywhere in the city.

Very Experienced doctor, professional, all staff are so polite & helpful. If you are new in Canada & need to go eye hospital but getting trouble with fast English speakers? No worry, go this place without interpreter, they communicate slow & very simple ways. Great place...

Had a very bad service experience - my prescription safety glasses don't fit at all (they fall off if i tilt my head forward, rather defeats the purpose) and i was told we can't help with that"Scott Coburn downtown Guelph had no difficulty with fitting an earlier pair with the same frame.Lesson learned

Lisa Lazarus is friendly and professional. But, most of all, she's thorough and gives good advice. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. And, BTW, the Guelph Eye Care center bills your health insurance directly.

Dr. Jason Simpson is very kind, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. His quality of care is superior and I fully trust his expertise. His staff is friendly, caring and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Simpson for all your eye care needs and fashion forward frames and sunglasses.
