I met Karen back in 2019 when I was wedding planning as she was also doing makeup work at the time. I am a person with a visible disability on my face and I don't wear much makeup, and I was therefore quite nervous about having my makeup done professionally. I'd also had some negative experiences with makeup artists in the past.Karen was so kind and patient throughout my time with her. She was very attentive to my needs and consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. When I later found out that she worked in psychotherapy, it made perfect sense to me as she has the exact attitude and temperament you'd hope for from a mental health professional (and I can say that confidently from experiences as I have had some form of mental health professional for most of my life).I would recommend Karen as a psychotherapist to anyone looking. She is an absolutely lovely human being who radiates calmness, empathy, and kindness.
