I went to the bell store in Alliston with a few questions. It was such a nice laid back visit! Nate and Meg we're very helpful with all my questions, and they did not rush me at all! They took their time with helping me and making sure all my questions were answered and I fully understood everything. Highly recommend these two to help you all with anything.

Went in 4 separate times to try to return a device and upgrade to a new one. Each time, there was a new reason why the staff couldn’t help me that day. Finally resulted in one of the staff informing me they couldn’t update my account. They couldn’t tell me how to complete the process. They seem poorly trained or simply incapable.

Went in to browse, ended up upgrading my phone. Nathaniel was amazing he helped me decide on what phone would suit me best as I work from home office and need data etc. He made it really easy, transferred my data and made the process really quick. He was very professional, knowledable and funny. Overall a great experience which does not always happen when dealing with utilities.

Two months now trying to sort out my bill and it only keeps going up as my services are reduced.Make sure you get a order number from hell reps as the notes on account means nothing.Bell cannot credit me for the months that they over charged me for.

One of the best experiences I’ve had. Daniel was super helpful, answering all our questions not condescending at all, and clearly knew what he was doing. He was super friendly, overall great customer service!

This store never opens on time. If you’re trying to go to bell store in Alliston, it’s best to go 2 hours after they open. Definitely not punctual!

Simply outstanding service. If you need anything bell related I would highly recommend this location and Nathan specifically. He was helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. BELL is well known for thier less than stellar customer service... They should follow the example of this location. Thanks Nathan will be back for sure!

Absolutely poor experience… the man with the full beard & green puffer vest behind the counter is arrogant, not knowledgable, argumentative and a bully.I was speaking with a completely different representative when he interrupted my conversation and spoke at me, rather than trying to rectify my issue. Walked out of the store and switched to rogers… I’ve been with bell for 12 years…. Customer service was terrible. Always never open their store on time! Sometimes you’re waiting 1 -2 hours before they open
