The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The location of the branch is also very convenient, and I was able to find it easily.What really stood out to me was the kindness of the staff. They were patient and attentive, answering all of my questions and following up with me to ensure that everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this bank branch to anyone looking for a positive banking experience.

I didn’t want to post this review, but given the position they have put me in, I feel my hand has been forced.As a sole proprietor, it’s my duty to make sure others avoid the possibility of dealing with what I’ve been through. If you are a small business owner, especially one who is still trying to climb out of the economic fallout of the past two years, it’s in your best interest to read this before considering ATB for your business needs.ATB employs a lot of nice people. Nice is the word I use because it’s accurate. Though the person who was in charge of my account up until the end of last year wasn’t stellar to deal with, as he came across as condescending and seemed to have no understanding of my business needs. It’s possible that his change in positions at ATB at the end of last year could have led to what happened to me. But that’s no excuse. He shouldn’t have a job there at all if he’s not going to do his job.This company is technologically inept. Whether it’s the mishandling of e-mails, the systems they use for handling accounts (one time they literally couldn’t find me in their system when I was at a branch!), or automation in general. Nice people, but ATB isn't professional in a banking sense.In December, ATB automatically withdrew the balance of my business loan without my consent. I caught it quick, and about 7 days later, they had it fixed. A month later, they did it again. For some reason, this time it couldn’t be fixed. I would later be told that it was an automated process that caused that, and that it shouldn’t have happened. I was also told that it was extremely unusual circumstances that made that happen. I was also told that this second time, it couldn’t simply be reversed.Here’s how a company like ATB should handle extremely unusual circumstances: They should take extremely unusual steps to reverse the problem. I don’t care what the rules are. You don’t take THAT much money from a struggling sole proprietor and just shrug and say, “Damn, we wish that didn’t happen.” You take extraordinary steps to reverse the problem. You STILL should be fixing this, but I get it. I'm not important enough am I?There were many such problems over the past almost 6 years that I let go because they didn’t affect me in such a way that I had my back up against the wall. But this one, while it was properly explained to me (why it happened), is still no excuse NOT to fix it.Thanks for the $50 gift card for Red Hart Brewery. While I am friendly with that business, I’ve been trying to avoid alcohol for quite a while now.

They do not want to do their jobs and do the bare minimum for customers. The broker made multiple mistakes during a recent service. Very disappointing for ATB.
