The good, sales person Angelo was courteous. Purchased the Hunter 9000 4K 8Ch NVR with 2x 4K and 2x5MP Galaxy brand by Dahua 4 cam total on 8 cam NVR. Cameras appear to be made of good material gauge but the functionality of either the NVR or cams fail to perform as promised. Analytics fail to function properly, playback fails to capture and function as promised. Have been in contact with their techs repeatedly for over a week now back and fourth to no satisfaction. Not sure of their other product lines (Elite, Pro or Platinum) but can't recommend the current Hunter 9000 series as per 10/30/2020.
