As a home builder, I have used Apex Design Group on many projects. Each time I have received excellent service. He is openly available to his clients whenever needed. Ran is very professional and knowledgeable. I have recommended him to clients in the past and will definitely recommend him in the future.

Horrible service .Bought a lot where Ran is the design controller .He wont answer the phone and neither reply to the email .We end up paying unnecessary mortgage payment .He might be busy but he should also respect other people time. Just because of his delay it cost us about 5 months of unnecessary delay .Advise to the developers and builder .Pay someone more to get the proper service .

The first time I used them I sent plans for two similar houses and they made the mistake of sending the same files to the engineer. It was caught later due to them looking alike and it cost me time and money to fix.I decided to give them another chance with some new plans and after I sent them the plans and told them what I wanted they just went silent. I left messages asking what's happening but they never responded.They're unreliable and make mistakes. Don't recommend.Edit: He did NOT 'politely decline' like he said in his response. He just outright ignored me. I even went so far as to talk to his workers and have them leave messages but nothing ever came out of it. He never answered calls. He never answered e-mails. He never answered messages.

I'm very satisfied with my home design and the professional service that were provided throughout the project. I would highly recommend APEX DESIGN GROUP INC. to all others.
