Just called to get an appointment for my family and the auto recording says use online booking but nothing on their site or anywhere on Google indicates any way to online book the appointment!

Avoid this family doctor. She rushes meeting, impatient about questions, and very unhelpful only a check box exercise. Online meeting scheduled for 10 mins, she normally hangs up on you in 5 minures. This is to make you to book another appointment so she can charge another $75 from the government. Unethical physical practitioner. Avoid her!

Absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Li and her team. Always provide quick response and convenient schedule. They do follow up with the results of your exams/tests. My whole family have followed them for years and are super satisfied with them and we can't thank Dr. Li and her team enough!

Dr. Li is a very good doctor, with her from old address to new clinic for 8 years. Professional with both senior (my parents) and my kids.

Never sent me to do a test before asking me spending money on buying the medication. Sometimes tells me she had no idea what is the issue. If I do not change my doctor, I would have never known there was test I need to do before I waste money. Always closes her eyes giving me prescription. I have stomached, in fact it is just period pain. She insists saying it was my the other medication hurting my stomach and put me on other medication. I have headache sometimes, she gives me pain killer. Never try to find out the reason. I am very glad I was done with her.
