If I could give the clinic zero stars I would. This is the first time ever I was denied to know MY baby’s gender. And not only that, the technician was NOT honest at all, when my husband and I asked about the gender she said oh I don’t know if I saw it or not, does she think we are idiots? After 1hr 40 minutes of an ANATOMIC ultrasound you don’t know if you saw it. This is not my first baby and I’m not ignorant. I rather you to say I am not allowed but, please don’t lie, it looks pretty bad! First time we don’t get not even 1 picture or get to listen to baby’s heart, even our doctor was shocked.Terrible experience.

I went to get an X-ray done on Wednesday before 5.00pm and was told by the staff at front door that they closed while the website mentioned closing time of 5.00pm. I was told that I needed to be there by 4.40pm to get my X-ray done. They should change the closing time to 4.40pm as people are busy and should not be mislead by the closing time posted on their website. I had taken time off work to get my X-ray done and was disappointed with their response. There are other facilities in Milton who are more professionally managed. Not recommended.

From the moment I entered the clinic, there was an evident lack of warmth and compassion. The technician did not make any effort to put me at ease or explain the procedure, despite this being my first ultrasound ever. Instead, they seemed disinterested and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking care. What was even more distressing was the technician's attitude towards the reason for my visit. Instead of treating me with the respect and sensitivity that such a situation requires, they made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable. It is absolutely unacceptable for a healthcare professional to exhibit such behavior, especially in a vulnerable setting like an ultrasound examination.

Sana is so nice and professional! I went there for my ultrasound and it went perfect. She was gentle and took her time. I would definitely come back here for my next scans.

Writing this review on behalf of my wife. If you get a requisition for a diagnostic test here, go elsewhere. The front staff is fine, but the technicians are unprofessional and not able to comprehend how to respect and keep patients comfortable. To the owners that are responding to each negative review with pathetic excuses, recognize that you are in denial and seriously need to address the soft skills of your staff. Reviews are meant to aid you in your business; take the feedback and do something about it. Best of luck.

Ultrasound and X-ray, in and out in under 20 minutes. Admin, Ultrasound Technician and X-ray Technician were all very pleasant. Facility is clean and comfortable.

Horrible service. They don’t let you hear your babies heart beat. They are not friendly or welcoming. They aren’t excited to see you. Never go here if you’re pregnant or having a baby. Didn’t provide babies picture. They don’t care.

A professional office and dedicated team. They know their stuff, they are friendly and super helpful. They guid you step by step to make your visit enjoyable, useful and easy. I had my 12 week ultrasound done by Rakshinda and she was amazing. She was patient, warm and took the time to explain any questions that I had. I would highly recommend her.
