Nisen Sushi

Service was really fast, so fast that you will doubt if it’s fresh or not, if it was sitting there for long or not. Food are cold, soup is cold but the cup is warm, chicken is dry and cold. Tempura and maki rolls are good. My friend ordered a bento as well but with salmon belly, which she regretted salmon is sooo thin and it goes with 3slice only. We have no time to complain it as we are in a rush but we will NEVER come back even if it’s cheap and fast.

Place is small and quiet, not many people in when I was there. Service was good, not amazing but good. Ordered tuna sashimi, it was good but pretty small cuts for the price. Also ordered the chicken stir fry and that was VERY good. Showed up in a hot pan sizzling to perfection! Also comes with a bowl of rice to make it a complete meal. All in all pretty good, would recommend.

The quality has been okay (compared to other sushi restaurants around the city), but the timing of food has become considerably long (even during non-peak times). I've had multiple experiences lately where it's been far too long for an order of sushi to arrive. I will be looking at other options for better service.

1st picture is sashimi, very thin slice, sushi taste is OK as long as you don't order raw seafood type, very unfresh seafood, quantity is small compare to other restaurants, last picture is I ordered one combo that comes with seaweed salad, but unbelievably the seaweed was put in a sauce cup, will not order that again, unpleasant experience

Japanese restaurant run by non-Japanese owners. That doesn't mean it's bad, just not authentic. As such, they do have some non-Japanese dishes on the menu, so you can get both. Thought I would give it a try. It was subpar. The miso soup and rice both seemed funny tasting, probably not fresh. The tempura wasn't bad, but its hard to screw up fried food. Overall, I wasn't impressed, and probably wouldn't return.

Awesome food. I'm a picky eater so that's a great compliment on the food. The atmosphere on the other hand could be improved. Overall a great restaurant to dine with a friend or yourself, but I wouldn't suggest it for special occasions or buisness meals. If your just hungry however... it's a great place to stop and fill your belly.

Delicious Sushi! Best in the city. Totally suggest this place. They give a lot of food, and it is beautifully designed. The workers are really nice, and they always serve with a smile.

The food was decent but everything else about this place was atrocious.Our servers seemed so overwhelmed by our one table and the rest of the restaurant was empty. We were there for 2 hours and we still didn't receive everything we ordered. We ended up just telling them to stop bringing food because it was taking too long. Servers didn't ever check on our tables. Our water was never refilled. Ordering drinks was a nightmare. We had to flag people down just to order beers and they were out of half of the options. Order were mixed up and given to different people. We had made a reservation for a group of 12 but it felt like we crippled their entire kitchen. Do not recommend for larger groups espescially with many other all you can eat" sushi options out there. Staff were friendly but just seemed very overwhelmed."

I can understand that maybe they weren’t making enough money offering the all you can eat buffet. I just wish they would have adjusted the price accordingly instead of getting rid of the buffet all together. Now the prices are too high on individual dishes and I don’t want to take the risk of trying different foods at the current prices. This was my favourite restaurant at one time but I’ve stopped going there.

Never been here before, finished an exam early and needed a lunch. $14 for a bento box with a very generous amount of food. I went around about 2:30 when everything was made to order and it was amazing.The reason for the three star rating is the service. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. I greeted the workers warmly and explained I had never been there and asked if they did lunches and all I got was Yes
