Went in to buy 2 things that were recommended by one of my friends mum. Had them written down. In mandarin by her. Showed the lady we are looking for these products she just said NO we don't have and walked away, which was rude. I asked if she knows any other places that would carry those things n met with an answer in a simple no" from far away where she sat on her desk after initially walking away from my query. I'd have given 1 star but they do have a big selection of natural herbal medications."

I have been a customer since 1995. This is the best store to go to for Chinese herbs because they have a large selection and the owners are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things. You can get bottled herbs or have them made fresh so you can make a tea out of them. Their prices are reasonable considering all the government tariffs, everything has a clear price tag, and the store is very well laid out. If you are tired of high-priced prescription chemical remedies that always come with unwanted and sometimes deadly side effects, this is the place to go. There is also free parking in the back.
