My son plays football so we needed to find him a pair of sports glasses. The team at Optiko was super warm and informative in taking us through all his options. He is very happy with the pair he took home and finds them very comfortable.

I have been coming to Optiko for the past 3 years and I love the selection of brands, styles and the team. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I just purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses and they are amazing. The team is great and always on top of things.

We had a great experience at this location when picking out frames for my partner. We were greeted immediately when we got there, helped, and then given some space to browse. The person helping us was very knowledgeable about all of the products which helped us make a confident decision. Will definitely be recommending to our friends!

After having to replace my 4-year olds glasses THREE times in 6 months due to wear and tear, we came to Optiko in search of something more durable. The staff were very pleasant and walked us through all the different sizes and types to help us find a frame that would suit her needs. It’s now been 6 months and I haven’t had to purchase any more replacements! We are super grateful to the Optiko team and would highly recommend their warm and informative service.

Friendly staff however when it comes to ordering glasses or waiting on phone calls they're lackluster at best. Two days in a row I've been promised a phone call with an update if my glasses have been ordered, and both days I've had to call myself. Even after the call today I was told it's too late to talk to the supplier, and I'll be waiting until the 28th at the earliest to find out if my frames are ordered, or if I need to find a different solution.I understand it's busy, however this experience has been awful, and I'm not overly sure if I'll be getting the glasses I wanted. I hope this experience gets better, but I'm not confident at this point.Update. I was called on Dec 24th with an update as they went above and beyond to ensure my order was coming. I appreciate the effort and am glad I have came here.

I was able to schedule my appointment pretty quickly and found out that they have a 2 week return policy if you are not happy with your glasses. I'm really happy I decided to go with them and will be coming back in the future. Great customer service!

I had a wonderful experience here just before Christmas. I was assisted by Lora and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My husband is very very happy with his new designer sunglasses! Thank you again Lora!

I came here to get a pair of glasses and ended up with two pairs! I got a great deal and the service was great. The workers at Optiko were very attentive, I felt like they really wanted me to have a great experience.

This is the best eyewear store in Calgary. They provide fantastic customer service at a very affordable price. Right from my eye exam to the consultation with Sarah for my frames, they were simply superb. Sarah made sure that i was 100% satisfied with my choice of lens and frames during my visit.
