I bought a necklace to my wife for our anniversary, she was happy about the surprise, but she didn’t like the style, and want me to return it. After arriving Tiffany & Co. at square one, the salesman refused me return it, said it had been used. Yes my wife tried it on, but didn’t like the style and necklace was too short for her, then we put it back to the case. The salesman was very rude! It is a very bad shopping experience, we planned exchanging the necklace and spending more money on Tiffany, but no way Tiffany! I would never buy anything from Tiffany anymore!

Beautiful store and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Had an exceptionally good experience with Tia, she is super patient, warm hearted, and knows exactly what we were looking for. Ended up buying a beautiful ring!

Sim gave me the best service of any store I’ve ever been to, period! From stepping foot in the door to surprising my girlfriend with the most beautiful diamond necklace a few days later, Sim made sure that I was taken care of to the highest degree possible and went above and beyond what I could ask for. She truly cares about her clients and was completely non judgemental; she was not for a second doubtful of the value of my business unlike many other high end establishments that see young first time clientele. She helped me setup an amazing surprise and made a perfect display for the necklace that I could present to my girlfriend for her new diamond! As for the product? Amazing as well, quality like no other.

I had an online video appointment scheduled to discuss questions about an engagement ring. No one showed up to the video appointment, and when I called the store (during the appointment time) I was sent to the voice message machine. No one from the company has reached out.

The young man that took care of us ( Johnny Truong) was very helpful and pleasant, a nice guy to chat with. He was informative and not pushy at all. He made our experience very pleasant.

Used to love this place. It’s at Square One inside Holt Renfrew, very convenient. This Monday I was passing by the store to check the size of some bracelets, the sales guy was pushing me for a purchase. When I said I didn’t plan to buy today he just said”ok bye”. Don’t like it at all. Will buy online from now on I guess since Farrah doesn’t work here anymore.

I couldn’t of had a better experience buying a gift for my wife, our 2 year wedding anniversary! Amanda, she was the person who listened to all my ideas and plans, helped me pick out a perfect necklace and I even saved about $100 thanks to Amanda personally escorting me to The Square One Kiosk which allowed me to purchase a gift card for the total amount of the gift minus %5 then using the gift card for the purchase. Thank you Amanda you were warm, kind, listened and helped me tremendously! Thank you Tiffany’s.
