Best staff!! Everyone who works here are so kind and genuine. They helped us when my beautiful Bull Mastiff, Faith, was at the end stage of her life and gave me advice and support to help keep her as pain free as possible until we had so goodbye.My St Bernard/Border Collie, Charlie actually loves going in and seeing everyone here as he gets lovings and treats. Everyone here makes it a positive experience for him and for myself as well.They never pressure you to purchase anything and the cost is comparable to other clinics as well.I love that they are in our little community and am thankful for their kind and empathetic care

They made my dog super comfortable! He’s been nervous going into the vets as of late and all the ladies did amazing with him! He came back happier after getting his shots then when he went in. They look the time to make him comfortable instead of jumping right into service. Will definitely be bringing him back in the future

I've been bringing my boy Jax here for a little over a year, they're incredible with making him feel comfortable, as even though he's a bully breed he's a bit of a baby.I recently had to bring our new baby zoro in as there were a couple things wrong with him and I was getting worried! The vet and the staff were amazing, eased my mind and were great with zoro as well! They explain exactly what they're going to do and ASK if the prices are okay.Thank you for fixing up my boy, it's only been a couple of days of I've already noticed a difference in him.

This was my first visit to Blackfalds Veterinary Hospital since I moved here. The whole staff have been amazing. I have purchased a few products prior to my visit and they have taken the time to get to know me. Dr. Lisa Loewen was fantastic. She took the time to talk to me, she was excellent with my dog and she gave me options for my dog's care. I am so happy to have found a caring clinic for my pups.

I just want to thank the staff at Blackfalds Veterinary Hospital, especially Trena and Dr. Loewen who expressed so much kindness and compassion when I had to say good bye to my 16 year old bestie. You could feel and see how genuine they were and they made it as comfortable and smooth as they could. Even Dr Loewen had a tear. Kinder was a long time client. The entire staff and Doctors there have always been so kind!
