Went to buy potting mix and other garden products, I took the photo and showed counters, they scanned and I paid. They told me to show the receipt their staff to collect that. Now the staff giving me different one. He said, wrong product scanned even it is a same price. They kept me waiting a long time after that told to go customer service, refund money and buy it again.Totally very bad service and they were not even sorry for their mistakes. After the manager changed it, but his behavior was also so bad.

I've been a customer at Canadian tire for over 30 year's, I met a cashier by the name of Wendy, who is very polite, very friendly, kind, and helpful. If you was short on paying for your items. She would reach in her pocket and put the difference which I never seen anyone do, she has a very good heart. I seen wendy yesterday around 3:30 or so leaving from work, only to find out they fired her because customer's would gave her there Canadian tire points because we either don't have one which I'm one of those customers who do when I see her. I don't go to any other cashier because I like her the most, they apparently claimed that's theft, it cannot consider theft if we the customers told her she can have our points. So she was falsely accused of something which they should have atleast give her a warning, I think she should take legal action because this is not right. I really hope the management look into there self and see that the loss a really good worker, she has a very big heart, if your having a bad day she puts a smile on your face which she would always make me smile when she sees that I'm done, they could have just giving her a warning everyone makes mistakes no one is perfect, she never stold from you guy's so with us giving her our points it's not considered theft when it was giving to her. The manager and management only think about there self, they don't care if you're a good worker they let you go in a heart beat.

Mostly nice staff but they should retrain or something for one specific cashier who has no customer politeness skills. The woman #144, was on duty in cash station Float 001 next to the exit Tuesday may 30 2023 at 4.40 pm... She had bad attitude in her expression and service, she was yelling *Next to people in the checkout line. Then the only thing she said in the service very coldly

I went to the store for my car (Danforth & Main Street), wiper was moving slower that usual and get sticked sometimes. They changed the blades, put them down, made me paid 150$. When I came back home, I tried the wiper and now are totally stucked. I came back to the store to explain my situation, they don't care, everything is fine for them. A scam !

Major Cashier Issue here. They never have enough lanes open. Always big lines and slow. Middle of the day 12 people in line and they have ONE cashier lane open. Totally ridiculous. This place needs self cashout lanes bigtime it's 2023 cmon.

Sale going on now! I tried a couple of busy outlets but they always didn't have what I wanted in stock. This one had more collections than other stores as somehow people visit this outlet less. I got my favorite pots n pans on sale! A must try!

I have shopped at the Danforth Canadian Tire for many years and always been satisfied with product availability and online selection and low cost delivery. Easily accessible by bus from subway. Large selection of power tools and hand tools for repair and auto use, especially batteries and tires. I recommend anyone to shop here from home furnishings including carpets, bathroom, lighting, kitchen and more to electrical and plumbing parts and tools for repair. Accessories and food for cats and dogs available. Parking is always spacious. In season, there is a large outdoor section with flowers for purchase.

Sure, some locations of Canadian Tire are great… NOT THIS ONE! Against my better judgement and the advice of friends, I hurriedly bought a bike from here for almost $600. My old one had been stolen and this one was on sale, so I just went for it. I figured, a chain and store of this size, what could go wrong? A fair bit, as it turns out. The first time I rode the bike, I pumped up the tires and it seemed like they were losing air. There was an awkward “bump” in the rear wheel. Long story short, I just finished paying $40 for repairs on a brand new Raleigh Bicycle that I bought just about a month ago (two weeks of which, it’s been in for service). There are absolutely no returns or exchanges as it turns out, and they refused to cover this premature defect under warranty. It was unnecessarily difficult to get in touch with the store and communicate over the required repairs. Hugely regrettable purchase. At least corporate took care of me, but wouldn’t recommend purchasing bicycles, particularly from this location. Try Leslie/LakeShore instead.

Friendly staff in-store. Auto repairs are decent but pricey. Don't bother calling to schedule service. Nobody ever answers the phone, and the voicemail isn't set up properly to have someone call back. Fortunately there are other CT stores within about 10 minutes drive.
