Telexperts is great to work with, as long as everything goes their way, especially the billing. This company will not fix their own installer's mistakes. Majority of our calls/emails are ignored. In the rare moments when they respond, they bill us, even when working on their own mistakes. This is the culture of the company, from the top to the bottom. Under no circumstances will our company ever do business with Telexperts again. Bridge burned. My first experience with Telexperts was around 2008-2009 when a new system was installed for a marketing agency. The work was generally done correctly, and any issues were frequently taken care of as soon as we called. But you know what always completed flawlessly and immediately? The bill. And it was always rounded up. Under no circumstances would Telexperts round down, even when they came to complete some work that was less than satisfactory. Billing was highest priority. Any call in to the company began and ended with billing, regardless of whether anything was resolved successfully or not. My most recent experience was installing a new system, two or three years ago, the job wasn't completed satisfactorily, all the VLAN stuff was wrong, DHCP was turned off, and all requests to come fix it were disregarded. But the bills came without fail.
