came in saturday around lunch time and had a really good experience. i’m writing to this review because the lady that served me at the cash was really nice and friendly. she was helpful and even made me laugh. i hadn’t received service like that before. service was quick and im satisfied with my visit.

Drive thru takes an average of 30 to 45 minutes. Terrible service. Had to wait for a woman not in a vehicle ordering food in the drive thru

I give up on them. Cheese croissant buttered and heated comes out toasted and burnt instead of heated, with butter packs in the bag not on the thing. Grocery store bought and do it home myself from now on.

This must be the slowest Tim on the area. I don’t understand how it can take more than 30 and sometimes 45 minutes to get your order. There is always mistakes in the order on top of it. I tried going in instead of drive through, same thing, extremely slow. I now drive 15 min to go to Lancaster and its still faster than Alexandria ! Ihope management will learn to work on efficiency and training.

Too long of a wait for service. Pleasant and efficient staff but the wait time is ridiculous.

I get coffee daily and it's always good. In regards to the drive thru it depends on the time of day. Sometimes it will take 30 minutes because there are 12 cars lined up at the drive thru and sometimes there's no traffic and it takes 2 minutes (order, pay and receive my order).

Service has def improved in the last few months...faster n friendlier... But the display case is still mostly empty any time I go in n the tables are still NEVER wiped...

This Tim Hortons is the slowest one I have been to in Ontario. I am not pleased because every time I go to get a coffee it is never made properly either it is basically lukewarm, not enough sugar or way too much cream.

All my coffees had coffee grinds. I buy 6 a day. It was so gross.
