His quote was reasonable and he let me know in advance when an unforeseen and unavoidable issue would result in an additional cost. He came to do the work exactly when he had arranged to do so, he did great work, paying attention to detail, including clean up and follow up. He was dedicated to ensuring I was completely satisfied. He was extremely patient with me when I had glitches with receiving his emails and forwarding him his fee.
