Tout neuf les freins avant ne fonctionne pas???Le guidon non aligné avec la roue?La supposé selle avec ressorts n'absorbe aucun choc?Je suis dessus après 24 heure a la réparation?

Cheap and shoddy manufacturing. Dangerously so. Had major accidents due to parts breaking. Company dismissive and defensive about concerns. Stay away from Seven Peaks products.

I worked at a shop that sold these bikes. Brutal. Zero customer service. Warranty parts were non-existent. Bikes coming out of boxes dead. Bikes were pretty much as cheap as possible. Spokes breaking like crazy. Stay away from the bikes and the company.
