5 Stars doesn't quite cut it. Stephen is the epitome of customer service; he responded to us very quick and kept the communication going, including the morning of repair to let us know what time he would arrive; and he was there when promised. We didn't feel like he was rushing the job at all and was very personable. Stephen went a step further by providing a lifetime warranty of his repair. Our repair looks amazing! I don't do this often, but I would highly recommend this guy to anybody who has foundation cracks / issues. Thanks, Stephen.

I highly recommend this company, I called about my basement leaking water and they came out the same day to give us a quote. Fixed the problem one week later, answered texts and emails quickly also helped us find a contractor to finish the drywall

Stephen was a pleasure to deal with. He was always on time and quick to respond, (honestly this is a huge thumbs up especially in Kelowna.) He was able to come out within a couple of days to do an estimate and not long after to finish the work. He was very honest with the work that needed to be done and the work that was only cosmetic. Really competitive prices too. No wonder he has all 5 star reviews..

I had contacted Wise Cracks through their website and I received a call later that day from Stephen. He was very prompt, professional and explained the potential causes of my basement leak. He stayed in contact with me and came out only a couple days later (on a Sunday), completing the repairs that afternoon. The work only took a few hours, and he cleaned up after too. Super happy with the work, and the costs were a fraction of what I was originally expecting. Would absolutely recommend Stephen at Wise Cracks to others!

What a relief to find such great service. Stephen was very prompt to arrive and repair 3 cracks in my crawl space where seepage had occurred. Working most of the day in a crawl space on a hot day, he finished with a smile on his face and still took time to advise how I could maintain a dry crawl space and reminded me his work was guaranteed. Without hesitation, I recommend Stephen at Wise Cracks. A very nice, hard working young man who takes pride in his work.

We had a great experience with Stephen. We noticed water leaking into our basement from a foundation crack originating from a window well. After searching around on Google with no responses from other companies, he got back to us the same day. He was approachable and professional. We appreciate how he even took the time to do a walk-around outside to help identify the problem before fixing the crack. He told us what to look out for in the future. Definitely would recommend his services.
