Bought my first minivan Really good quality used van and a great price, sales team was very generous for my old trade in.Disclaimer : Vehicle Not As Pictured.1 and a half hours from home got 2 mechanics to check the van and last night at 2am I lost a tire in a fieldGot towed to Bud's Auto Electric, a random stranger asked me where the tire was went and got it for me bud put it on and checked all the other's 150 km later torqued again 5600 km later no problems.

Excellent service given by Francois Collin and his team. Made the process of trading in easy and has excellent product knowledge. Would recommend and visit this dealership again.***1 month post-purchase update: The sales service was great, but the post-purchase experience can be improved upon. Over a month later and the vehicle I have traded in has not been paid off and I have still been paying for it since. After contacting finances, they basically told me that they had done their job and it was up to me to contact the bank my previous loan was with to get my money back. I don't see how it is my responsibility to chase after payments for a vehicle that is no longer mine...

Service department is also excellent and has always been on schedule when I bring my car at the appointment time. The work is done promptly enough that I can just have a seat and a coffee while the work is done. They definitely have my business.
