The guys that work there do not wear beard nets (which they are suppose too), they made my sandwiches and drinks .. I brought them back in and someone else made them, as the guys did not want to wear them. I believe the manager" should do doing their job and getting their employees to wear the proper nets.."

Good service, small location though with limited selection of baked/fried goods. Fantastic view of the world's longest covered bridge!

Had an encounter with a racist worker at the drive thru speaker. She was mocking the accent of a foreigner worker while asking for my order, the man she was mocking was shockingly standing right beside her when I got up to the window and he looked just as disgusted as my boyfriend and I felt about it. To go on top of it they messed up about as simple as an order as we could place as all the other Caucasian employees laughed at her being an absolute clown. Wish I got her name so I could post it publicly, she had very short dark brown hair, wore thin banded glasses and would have been around 50-55 years old and has a very annoying voice. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!

As usual, they were fast. It was probably a bit too fast as my breakfast sandwich was pretty cold. The cheese wasn't even trying to melt. Not the usual at Timmy's.

I arrived here and saw the drive through line up was at the road waiting, I decided to go in side. I witnessed 2 people in front waiting to order and 2 people waiting for there orders... After 15 minutes one person had there order taken infront of me and one person got there order which was a medium coffee... I left after 20 minutes and decided to chance the drive through. That's when I noted the time I was waiting already... Now 10 more minutes in drive through. Which didn't seem unreasonable with 8 cars ahead of me... If there were another choose of coffees else where near by... I would have def. Chosen it .. this place needs some management and maybe an audit from head office... My opinion

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude. Barely knowledge you’re ordering. Snapping at you. When you mention that they are being rude they continue to yell at you through the speaker. Terrible place.

It's good to be back at the best Tim Horton's I've ever stepped foot in. You put all the Toronto Tim's to shame. They make me proud to call Carleton County home.
