Very satisfied with the final product. Joe and his employees made appropriate suggestions & alterations as required while building our deck and co-ordinating the project with the hot tub company. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to get a deck or fence done. He gives great and honest advise, does the job right, prompt with his response and accurate with timing and a very fair person (I've done a great deal of research and shopping when I was looking for someone). I couldn't trust anyone else for my next project based on this experience.

They may be called Average Joes but there is nothing average about their work. We just got an amazing raised deck done. The workmanship is excellent. The cost was very fair, especially for what we've got. They are also a local company and if we ever need anything else, we will call Joe (or Lisa!)

Average Joe's Fences & Decks
Three weeks ago we had Joe’s Fences & Decks built a long shared fence including gates. The cost was fair since all materials these days are quite expensive. Joe and his crew worked 4 days under a terrible heat wave to complete the job. The workmanship was great. Joe suggested some alterations to the original plan that were great. I am very happy and impressed with the work done. I am planning to redo my raised deck and when the time comes, I will be calling Joe’s. I am sharing some of the pictures of the work done.

Average Joe's Fences & Decks
Average Joe is anything but average. He was prompt and his quote was competitive. He showed up on the day and the time he said and completed the work in a very professional and timely manner. The quality of work was excellent, but above all he was very honest…he had inadvertently made a mistake on my invoice and once he realized the mistake he promptly reimbursed me. I would highly recommend using Average Joe for any fencing work that you need.
