Brought my wool sweater there since part of the neckline had come unfurled and ripped.Service at curbside was impeccable, got the item back in about a week, the quality so amazing that I couldn't tell where the original damage was!A happy customer here, will gladly bring any future repair here, and for my wife's yarn needs as well! ❤

Favourite sweater has a hole? Cute knit top has a pull? Both in otherwise great condition? No need to part with them. The repairs that Wendy does, and for very reasonable prices, are top notch. I LOVE that I don't have to abandon an item of clothing that is fixable just because I have no idea how or where to fix it. So rare to have this service these days and so, so appreciated!! Lots of yarn options but unless there was more stashed elsewhere it looked like they did not have multiple skeins of the same colour.The owner / staff member who was there was very friendly but happy to let me browse without constantly hanging on me which was great. My one big pet peeve was that 90% of the yarn seemed to not have a price listed. I know that this seems to be SOP for many yarn stores but I HATE having to ask what the price is on every skein I am interested in.

I have had 3 sweaters repaired here and the results have been outstanding. They have been various colours and weaves and the results are so “seamless”, I can’t locate where they have been repaired. And the price is more than reasonable. Amazed!

This is my favourite yarn store in Toronto. Its main attraction for me is the owner, Wendy. Wendy is the most patient and skilled knitting teacher I've come across - I'm a slow learner, but she can teach even me new tricks! And she has amazing stories of where her knitting has taken her, among other tales...Great selection of yarns and notions across the range of prices. Excellent repairs on knitted work for a very reasonable cost. And a large number of exquisitely-knit baby and children's clothes and accessories, and some adult-size ones, for sale. If you want to buy hand-knit items for babies or children, you won't find nicer things for better prices than at the Wool Mill.

Found Wendy online when looking for knitwear repair in Canada, rather than US/UK, and she did a terrific job at a fantastic price. Highly recommend to any who are looking for a way to hang onto beloved sweaters and the like!

Excellent service. The woman that runs this place is always pleasant and helpful. She takes the time to help you understand your project. They even have classes and she does excellent repairs. Number one knitting store in Toronto.

I went in to find some yarn for a Hufflepuff scarf and I was so pleased to discover that everyone in the shop knew which Hogwarts House they belonged to and were able to give me an informed opinion on the best colour yarn. They also had dog treats for my pup and I just felt like I had found my people.In addition there was a wide selection of yarn and knitting tools.
