Stripped off my steam deck screw. There was very less chance to remove the screw without damaging the back plate.I dunno how why I chose this place but went in and I took a walk for 15 mins after giving him my device and what happened to it.After 20 mins I got a call from him and it’s done. I couldn’t even find a scratch on the back plate (except the one I did).His work is clean, precise, exceptional.Can’t thank him enough. Last week my laptop would not charge and I brought it to Max to hopefully repair it. He was knowledgeable, and he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in a timely manner. He demonstrated great professionalism, being communicative about timelines and pricing.

Got my laptop hinge fixed and my hard drive replaced after mine crashed (remember to make frequent backups everybody). Have my computer back the next day at a reasonable price. Can't ask for much more than that. Will be returning here the next time I have a computer issue.
