We booked a gaming session during our tournament in Brampton on May 26th and all was great. Booking was easy and when I asked questions on site earlier in the day, I was greeted very well and even tried a bowling game. Friendly staff and boys got to stay longer than originally booked since it wasn't full. Absolutely recommend! Thanks!

I have done fifa and smash tournaments and can say every time it has been enjoyable events to participate in. Being a small private company helps in my opinion because the moment someone is being rude or immature they are able to remove them so it keeps a positive environment for everyone. In the last tournament I recall people as young as 13 and as old 35 and had not a single argument broke out because the ones that instigate fights are removed so all that's left are like minded individuals that enjoy playing games and we all just enjoy our time.

I have a vast list of things that were wrong with the tournament I attended. Between lack of communication, disorganization, and unprofessionalism, this had to be the most confusing, unfair tournament I have ever been to. And there was only 64 people in it.On the tournament side, they asked players how it should be run, left details on how it would work and be run until the very end, didn't inform or explain to, what was mostly children, how to team up or report. Leaving games unplayed, players wasting timeans confusion. They paired players with years of experience against kids who barely knew how to play, which is fine for a tournament were the field is open, but this was suppose to be an open, fun, for the kids, learning experience. On the streaming side of things. The announcer was silent most of the time. When they were asked to describe what was happening, give information about the action, teams in screen, players, score. They simply told the chat that it was available on screen, and feel silent. It is an export event,. We aren't expecting you to play by play rocket League for us, but give us some information, hype up teams and players. It was a local event from a town with 100,000 people, we basically knew everyone there.Worst of all you could hear the organizers taking in the background, over the announcer, at one point talking to parents and players, highly unprofessional. When given criticism, and suggestions the owner my Miller simple denied that anything was wrong, and kept saying he had 14 years with of experience. I don't know what they have been doing for that time, but they either went way out of their depth with hosting an online tournament, it they haven't a clue.I wouldn't hire these people to host my grandmother's bridge tournament.

His one-off events are fine. The... Spaces? he manages are controlled with a rhetoric about building community" but at the end of the day it's mostly an excuse to make more patient adults tolerate toxic behaviour in the name of recurring income. Stick to one-offs."
