I've gone for laser hair removal over the course of a year. It was a great experience as the technology used is quick and painless and better than what other places offer. The salon is beautiful, spotless and the staff treat you like family. You can tell that the owner, Tammie takes great pride in everything she does. They have extensive knowledge about the products and services they offer. I've now gone back for waxing, manicures and pedicures. Scorpio's is the only salon I will ever recommend. If I could give it more stars I would!

Great experience here! Salt cave was awesome. Place was clean, staff was friendly! They even entertained my puppy for me while I was in there :) (pretty sure this isn't a regularly offered service) I look forward to my next visit-Kym and Puppy Brodie :)

Recently went in for a lash lift and tint, unfortunately they don't look any different. I've had my lashes lifted and tinted before so I know that they take, but my lashes look no different than before I went in for my appointment. The staff were really friendly and the place was nice, but the service didn't result in anything and I've tried reaching out but no one has gotten back to me. Feeling a little disappointed.

Mary did a wonderful job on my manicure over the weekend! I appreciated that she checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails looked and I had a great time chatting with her. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful spa with many different services. Steam shower and salt cave are a must! The staff is extremely friendly and easy going. Very clean and professional. Thanks for the relaxing day ladies!

I recently took a friend of mine to Scorpio's for a pedicure and an hour in the salt cave for her birthday. She had no idea about the cave and the staff was so great and kept it a secret too! Their Spa pedicures are to die for! We tried their new gel therapy and it was super fun! The powder turns to a jelly that moisturizes your feet and leaves them feeling AMAZING! Then we got a foot and leg massage with hot rocks and hot towels and the care and detail that was put into my feet was incredible! They took their time and made sure each step was done perfectly.The owner told me that they once had (or still have) a moto that said something a long the lines of You'll come in a customer and you'll leave a family member." That is the ONLY way to explain how comfortable they made us feel. When I booked our appointment

Absolutely outstanding experience at the Georgetown location! (sadly the Oakville place closed down) From online booking to receptionist to RMT - very professional and friendly service. Samantha did a fantastic juju with the hot stone massage in the Salt cave. Not to be missed!

Every time I visit, I book the same treatment but I have a different experience each time. There is no consistency between staff. You don't know what to expect. Also, when booking a 1 hour treatment, I expect the treatment to last 1 hour, not 30-40 minutes. I feel I am paying the full price but missing some parts of the treatment.

First experience was rude and unprofessional. I came in to do a gel refill and after waiting for 25 minutes and voicing my frustration that they could have let me know they were behind I was told I better have another 2 hours to actually do my nails. Instead of a real apology I was expected to have spent 2.5 hours getting my nails done ... and when I told her that was too long I got attitude because she's new and it's not her fault. Had to walk out honestly because the two technicians were rude and could not provide basic customer service. When training people you should advise the client when making the booking - pretty simple. This was just all around unprofessional and a waste of time.
