Absolutely the WORST cup of Tim's coffee I've ever had. It was so weak, they either used 1/10th of the coffee grounds required or this was the 5th pot using the same grounds. The other problem with this location is that the drive through lane blocks of your ability to get out of the parking lot.

Great experience here, had the wrong coffee at another branch and they refused to change it for me. When I came here, Dhue was very understanding and changed my coffee right away - very friendly customer service!

Buyer beware. This location gets your order right about 25-30% of the time, so always make sure to check. My last 3/4 orders have been wrong or I’ve been overcharged for items I didn’t get. The last time I went back to get my order fixed, the person in front of me in line also had their order messed up. At least we got to have a laugh over how brutal this location is.

Holy moly check your food. We have gotten our sandwiches made wrong now 3 times we've been there, try to be optimistic every time but they still fail. At least the coffee gets made right. Seriously check your sandwiches before you drive away because they are either not toasted or missing ingredients, super disappointing.

SPECIFICALLY WENT THERE FOR 2 DONUTS AND THEY PUT THEM IN BAGS AND WEN I OPENED THEM ALL THE CHOCOLATE FROM MY DONUT WAS STUCK TO THE BAG??? IF ITS FRESH THEN PUT IN A SMALL BOX. RIDICULOUS

March 5, 2023 7:25 amI stopped going to this Tim Hortons even though it is close to my work because of the bad service rude employees. However, I was there today morning I didn’t order anything special or complicated it was just a plain bagel toasted with butter and a small French vanilla. I would expect that they should get it right but no for French vanilla they give me coffee for the bagel they added cream cheese I’m at work now which I can’t leave and go buy another one it’s waste of my money my time if you wanna do yourself a favour pick another Tim Hortons in your way you wouldn’t have to wait in for 15 minutes to still get your order wrong. It’s not first time it has always been like that.

Has a quick, yet somewhat awkward drive thru. Plenty of parking. Big dining room with plenty of seats. Staff are friendly and quick.

I actually give this location zero stars. I went through the drivthru. Thankfully I removed my lid before drinking my coffee. There was a plastic glove floating in it. I brought it to Tim Hortons attention. Nothing has been done. I've been ignored. I didn't even get a free coffee to replace this disgusting one I had to throw away. This location is dirty. Don't bother attending
