I do not recommend their swim instructors or swimming lessons for kids. In my child's swim group more than half did not pass. The feedback did not match their final report card. My child had Dylan as an instructor twice and did not pass her. I felt like it was just a cash grab.

We went to the older adult swim. Much less busy than Bayview Hill CC, although it got a lot busier after during the Lane Swim. Change rooms are fine. Good showers. Water is cooler than at Bayview Hill pool, maybe because theres no hot tub.

Great pool, friendly staff, we booked online a leisure swim session, 45 minutes, not too crowded.

I think the worst pool in Richmond Hill. The water is unbelievable cold, especially for children! Changerooms is too small and too dirty (disgusting). Looks like some instructors doesn't have any experience in a swim.

Convenient, very friendly staff and swimming instructors. Changerooms are not the best the floors are always very dirty so I give 4 stars

I liked it as my experience but the downside is that there is no changing room so people have to get naked in front of each other or go and change in the bathroom that was kind of dirty but the pool itself was really good and clean and the staff were great.

At first impression I have found the place nice clean and not so busy, water a bit warmer that is not so bad for the little ones while learning. But all good feelings disappeared when i had to wash my kids after their lessons. The showers' pressure and temperature is unbearable for the kids, neither my 4 year old nor my 8 year old could stand under it and myself I've got all sprayed over while trying to help them with their wash since it sprays and splashes in a large perimeter around the shower. This could also explain why others were commenting that the change rooms were so steamed and wet all over creating unpleasant feeling. All in all the showers need some upgrade to make the place more kid-friendly. Now i know why it wasn't so busy there.

Very dirty inside the change room and showers. A complete disappointment. Especially during covid time that cleanliness really matters at this place the only thing they don't care is the cleanliness. The other thing about community centers for swimming classes is that the coaches purposely fail the kids to keep them in the same level and parents have to keep paying. My child is in level 4 for two years and she is now really disappointed.
