This place is very friendly and generous. I came in after inquiring at two places that weren't even taking appointments closer than 4 days in the future. At Robs I parked outside and explained I might have a battery problem. He grabbed a tester tool and followed me outside. He tested it and told me it registered strong and suggested I hadnt given it enough charging time; that was why it was failing since I had run it down by leaving my lights on. That was in addition to diagnosing in the background that the problem wasnt with my alternator. If more charging didn't do the trick I should get a new battery at Lordco. Then he noticed one of the battery terminals was a little loose. So he went for a wrench and tightened it for meAfter all that asked what I could pay him and itemized all the help he'd given me, who didn't know anything about the condition of my battery or the best source for a replacement when I showed up. He wouldn't take my money. A gem of a place!

Really appreciate all of the staff at Rob’s Auto - they are always willing to squeeze my van in for repairs. Trustworthy and reliable service for many years now. Thanks.

They were able to squeeze me in to change over a damaged tire which was great, but they tried to jack up my truck from the body and not the frame resulting in significant damage as well as putting the weights to balance the wheel on the outside of the wheel. I wouldn’t be as upset if they just told me they damaged the car rather than let me find it weeks later.

Avoid at all costs. $4000.00 job done. Customer service is atrocious, they do not follow up with update calls. You have to call them to find out what’s going on then get told to not deal with them again because your “harassing them” The owner “ROB” doesn’t have the balls to call or speak face to face and get his employees to do it instead. Absolute joke of a business. Worst in the sea to sky never mind Whistler.

Just picked up my Corolla and it’s mint. The mechanics fixed a persistent problem, Oil change and swapped my tires. Super quick and amazing customer service :)

Avoid if you actually want your car fixed. Customer service is awful, completely disorganized, rude.Friday call for a quote to get broken springs replaced. We'll call you back - Silence.Monday call again - got a quote and told parts ordered. Book appointment for Wednesday.Tuesday - drop car off.Told parts had arrived and car would be fixed Wednesday.Wednesday - silence - call around 4pm, the parts have not arrived.Thursday - silence - call around 4pm, the parts have not arrived. Asked them to find out what was going on and let me know. SilenceFriday - gave up and went and got my car.The staff were rude and appeared not to care whether my car got fixed.

I was really impressed with Rob’s Automotive. I brought my car in for a diagnostic check as my EPC and engine lights had gone on. He very quickly found a loose hose that he reconnected and he would not take any payment from me. A ver kind, honest human being. Much appreciated.

Our tires had an issue and after calling a few different places my dad called this place. They called him over right away even though they were busy. The owner got someone to check our van. They fixed the problem and didn't even charge us for it. They are amazing.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend NOT going here. We had a wheel bearing replaced then driving on the sea to sky at 80km/hr the wheel fell off! I am still traumatized from this experience. The owner kept avoiding our calls, no compensation for the tow or inadequate work. Save your money and probably also your life.
