A group of us stayed for a girls night and we weren’t disappointed, it was amazing! The house was in immaculate condition, and had lovely decor. It had a lovely book containing just all the features the home has and more. I’ve stayed at this place twice already and will for sure be going back! Jordan is very responsive and has great enthusiasm.

Jordan, the owner of the company formerly known as Lease Better, did everything he could to make my apartment building unlivable. After numerous reports to the tenancy board, I wrote a review publicly stating how awful the companies practices were. My apartment flooded and he did nothing. He attempted to force me and other tenants out of the building by starting premature renovations. After I wrote the review, he threatened me with legal action. I'm posting this review because I removed it in fear of being pursued, but it's important for the public to know how awful this company is. Jordan is a predatory landlord and flips buildings for profit while simultaneously gentrifying buildings and forcing working class people out of their homes.I'm also not alone, many tenants reported the same experiences under their old name Lease Better". I'm guessing they changed it because their reputation was sinking

After meeting with OverSea we decided to complete the recommended renovations and add our flat to their rental pool. Although we came to market in the midst of the pandemic, rental income exceeded expectations while all management tasks were expertly handled. OverSea is a responsive, honourable, well run organization and we highly recommended them.

We just wrapped up an incredible weekend at the Harbour Mist property in Hubbards, NS. Not only was the place incredibly unique, the Over Sea team made the stay seamless. Incredibly accommodating, professional—no detail is spared! One of the best rental experiences I have had. Will go through them to find a place in the future in a heartbeat!

We just stayed at the most beautiful Lakeside Villa on Cockscomb Lake in Mt Uniacke. The house was immaculate and super modern, and the property and views were stunning. Over Sea Real Estate was fantastic to deal with, and checked in on us multiple times to ensure our stay was perfect! Overall it was a great experience, and we will definitely use Oversea again and again!

When we arrived the self check-in process was very straight forward and quick! When we entered the suite it was very clean and well decorated. The suite had both a fridge and dishwasher which made brining food back to the suite and cleaning up very easy!Was a fantastic stay and we will be doing it again very soon!

I recently stayed at Over Sea's Harbour Mist property in Blandford and was absolutely blown away! The property was immaculate and the views looked like something you would see in movie. It's evident that this company puts guest experience as a top priority. There was an abundance of amenities, snacks provided, food recommendations and even little touches that elevated the stay (blankets provided so we could enjoy the outdoor fireplace)! I did have some trouble working the stove and when I called late in the evening their guest representatives answered quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. You can really feel that authentic maritime hospitality and I had a blast on my mini vacation. I can't wait to stay at some of their other properties! Thanks guys!

I have been trying to get someone to answer me back about renting a property for over two months now and no one will answer the emails I send. Extremely unprofessional for a management company to not even reply.Edit:The director did reach out to me personally to correct what happened to be an honest mistake. I will not be booking with them at this time, but I have adjusted my review from 1 to 3 stars for the effort to make it right.

Had a great stay at the Brewery Park property in Halifax. The suite was sunny and bright, spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated. Lots of amenities in walking distance. A little check-in glitch was resolved quickly. Thanks for the great stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a beautiful stay in Downtown Halifax. Everything was exceptionally clean and the location was secure. The area surrounding the complex was very close to everything you needed and comfortable neighbourhood.
