If zero star is a optional this clinic definitely a zero rate! Front desk attitude is terrible, it seems like her family died or something, if you don’t like your job don’t let off your attitude to other people, especially a patient of your clinic. I work at a medical facility as well, if we have treated our patients like this we got fire long before. This clinic management need some work to organize your staff!

This Medicentre is terrible they are not respectful for the time of the patient. When you come you have to wait 2 hours even if you have appointments also only one doctor available and I have to wait for 2 hours in the treatment room no doctor come to see us and they ruin my Sunday.

The receptionist should not be doing a job she clearly does not like. People coming to a clinic are hurting, vulnerable. She has no kindness compassion or empathy. I was made to feel that I was an inconvenience and made to wait overlong as punishment for being a walk-in. I just about fainted from pain and anxiety. The doctor and nurses were A1 though. Once you pass the ogre.

Very good experience here. The clinic itself is clean and quiet, and the staff are accommodating. I did have to wait quite a while past my appointment time (I assume they’re very busy), HOWEVER I saw Dr. Akin and he was great. He reviewed my chart before he saw me and was very thorough. Next time I’m in a pinch and can’t see my family doctor, I will be going here.

The wait is kind of long despite the appointment but Dr. Baig is a nice doctor. He doesn't rush but takes time in knowing your condition. He's the best doctor my mom and I had so far. The others we had seem not to have a genuine concern for my mom's physical condition. The receptionist is also nice. Thank you Medicentre Clinic Kingsway. God bless you.

They have cancelled my appointment without any email, call in advance: that is that. The receptionist, an older around 60 years old, were rude, aggressive, and harassed. Do not recommend ever!

To further add to my poor experience down below. I had an appointment booked for 2:15 on Tuesday and even though I was yelled at repeatedly by the staff member who helped me. I clarified numerous times if there would be an issue with my injection.The lady said no, booked me in for tuesday.surprise surprise they can't do an Injection for me. My appointment wasn't valid but if I wanted I could wait hours to talk to a doctor to maybe have him give me the injection they prescribed. Even though I was booked in for 2:15 and had me on the list of appointments.Then they told me to come in another day. Regardless that I booked this day off of work for this reason and clarified numerous times if there would of been an issue.The staff were apologetic and apologized for the lady I talked to as apparently she is part time.Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here. Worst medicentre in the city. No care for their patients and just horrible experiences all around.

Receptionists are lovely,friendly people & have always gone out of their way to be helpful to me. One of them can speak 4 different languages & I have watched her kindness to others. Dr. Olijnik is also an outstanding Dr who I have followed from 2 other locations over the past 35 yrs! She is the best of the best & always makes the time to listen to me & call in specialists when needed!

This clinic absolutely does not respect the time of the patient. They made me wait 1.5hrs to be seen despite having an appointment. Then, I had to wait even more in the treatment room, where one nurse/attendant spent 10 minutes showing off pictures of her grand children instead of grabbing the doctor to begin my procedure.
